The rooms are not really clean, the bathroom shower was really bad, and the bed was not too comfortable.

The owner and her dog (butters) was amazing if we needed anything she was right there to help. We loved our stay the beds were very comfortable, close to everything we needed. Next year we will be staying there again for our trip.

Only thing it was alittle small but that is it. Next time we stay we will get a kitchenette room.

The boardwalk was deff close to the motel. It was surrounded by a lot of things that we could walk to. The owner was wonderful friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

The service was great. My family and I had a great time. It was clean and any time we needed something they were quick to get it to us. We loved the outdoor seating with a Blackstone to go with it and the jumbo Jenga was a lot of fun.

The main parking lot was a bit tight and crowded but luckily they have an overflow parking lot right down the street.

The property was very nice, good location and great staff. The owner was very sweet and helpful and her dog butters was an awesome addition to the property :)

Clean towels in the room were still damp. Hot tub didn’t work. Wish the room had a lamps not a fan over over head lighting. ( personal preference)

It’s was nice and clean. Room was cute and it was perfect for my daughter and I overnight stay. Definitely would stay again. Bed was super comfy and had the perfect pillow cases and bed spread. Super affordable! Fit the cost. A/c worked fantastic super hot water. Great water pressure.

Was a little farther then we expected to the boardwalk (about 3 blocks but not bad), was at one of the best sections of boardwalk. Water pressure was somewhat low when showering, we were on bottom floor and could hear the the tenants above us stomping around early morning and late night ( ask for a second floor room if ava), but these were all minor things, nothing we didnt like. cute & quaint motel.

Facility was clean, we had a small kitchenette, pool was nice/clean, there was a large balcony where we enjoyed fireworks. Host was very punctual and helped with questions we had about the area as this was our first trip. Room was good for the price.

Pool hours need to be visible posted and in forced. Noisy kids swimming after hours. Quiet 🤫 signs 10 pm and after should be posted. We had very noisy inconsiderate neighbors. Kids running n loud around the balcony at 12:30am and after. Adults talking loudly at 3am. I'm hearing impaired and I could hear their conversation. I get you are on vacation. Come and go as you please. But people need to be aware not everyone is up at midnight and after!

Owner is an amazingly sweet person. Her staff was always hard at work cleaning room and attentive to the guest needs and request.The motel inside and outside very clean. All rooms are pool view with chairs n table provided. Rooms are updated . Very nice colors.

We did have some sugar ants around but staff was on top of it. The boardwalk was a little farther away than we would’ve wanted but still not bad. We had a hard time figuring out the shower but eventually we got it. Check out was rather early.

I loved how friendly and amazing the staff was! That was the best part. Things were pretty clean. Nights were nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable and my family of 5 fit perfectly in the apartment. TV’s in every room. Stove worked nicely. Really not much more we could’ve asked for.
