Had two rooms. One Room was not really clean. Bathroom vent was full of dust. The plastic cover was peeling off the shower curtain rod making it hard to slide the curtain. Glass was streaked. Both rooms smelled like dirty mop water.

Location. Indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was fair although not much variety. Most of the staff were friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could have more options than biscuits and gravy everyday. You only get eggs a couple days a week and sausage on alternating days.

The indoor pool was nice since it rained a lot while we were there. The staff was friendly. And checking in and out was very simple

The mattress was completely worn out. Other than that the vending selections could have been better and the breakfast was limited.

Staff was excellent. Especially the gentleman that was running the cleaning staff. The room was clean. Value was good. This is an older property so you have to keep that in mind.

Showers - not very good water pressure. Luggage trolleys not in good shape and there were only 2; tight parking in the parking garage; breakfast could have more options

Check in and check out seemed a little awkward. Maybe just having the staff be a little more personable. No one was rude, just didn't seem thrilled to be at work.

The pool and indoor spa stayed busy, I couldn't use the spa. We had a room with no tub, we had a handicap bathroom so it was awkward to use. So my 3 year old couldn't use it well. The bed frames are metal and move, so the beds were loud when you got in, that was awkward too.

I liked the indoor heated pool and the bigger fridge in the junior suite. The suite had a 4-person dining table, couch, and TV. Breakfast offered was a plus. The coffee and biscuits and gravy were good. You can tell the room had updates, but small issues like trim on table was peeling. Staff was available when needed and was polite.

Guest noise by our room was high but that's only because everyone had to go by our room to get to the breakfast/pool. Not really something the staff can fix and really only bothered us on the day we wanted to sleep in with sick kids. Would recommend a room further away from the pool and breakfast if you like quiet.

Staff was great. Very attentive. Room was nice. We were in the newer building. Kids loved the pool. A couple kids from our party ended up catching a bug going around and they were very helpful/understanding even when we had to check out a day early.

The floors are always dirty you can’t walk on them without your feet get black and there are always hairs in the bathroom sink/ tub. The room I booked did not look anything like the room I was given. The room I stayed in was old and did not match the picture at all.

Water pressure in shower would go down a little but other than that it was all perfect!

The morning breakfast could have been better

They charged .25 cents for ice which I didn’t think much of I did like the walk in shower The room could have been just a little bigger in size but all worked out We only ate the breakfast once and that was enough for me

The room we had was underneath the breakfast room, so at 8-10am, we heard everything from the chairs moving to the people interacting with each other. That’s the only bad thing that we experienced

We stayed in the deluxe double queen suite, super big and comfy for the price of the room. Everything was clean and the bathroom was super nice. The hot tub was really clean and hot. There was a lot of parking, and very convenient for the strip. Will definitely be back!!!!!!
