Property is going through some refurbishment works and some parts of the lobby were closed. We arrived at 3pm and the room was still not ready !! They asked us to wait for 1 hour as they kept insisting that check in time is 4pm which is quite tiring after a long flight

Parking was 71$ a night my friend who stayed with me, with no option to park yourselves, cost to park 2 cars was $142. Highway robbery. Also in every direction there were several service charges, so whatever you think you are going to pay, double it!

The hotel was under staffed. Hotel (ex) employees were protesting at the entrance. The refrigerator was full of items to be paid (high prices) for if used. Very little room left for leftovers and drinks. There was no microwave in the room. No sitting area or sofa.

We expected the grand staircase and restaurant however both were not available due to construction. I wish this would have been mentioned prior to or at least upon arrival. The robes were not made for a person with curves, not body positive. Plus the decorative pillow covers on the beds were tabloids with negative vibes - unnecessary!

I like the convenience of the location and staff were friendly and helpful. The pool side restaurant had a limited menu due to construction but the staff were outstanding! Delicious food and beverages! Valet parking and attendants were fabulous and very welcoming!

the waiters in restaurant! the front desk on not being clear about the charges ?like deposits and 29 dollar fee daily you pay for and if you don’t use it they keep the money also the restaurant including the tip without your knowledge !!

I asked for rooms to be close, they did grant this, but hadn't when we arrived and we were initially on separate floors. I had also requested and it had been confirmed that a bed for my 3 year old would be provided, they told me to use the window bed, which was 3 feet off the floor. With our going into a great deal of detail, they basically refused to provide a bed, so my son slept in our bed. They offered no form of compensation either. Further, they surprise you with additional fees, but state for example that the $29 per room fee they add, can be spent at the bar. I had booked two rooms each charged with a $29 fee. However, if you spend $60 on a bottle of wine, apparently they are unable to allocate the fees from each room to cover this charge. Frankly, they are unhelpful, I would argue somewhat deceitful and also fail to live up to the promises they have apparently confirmed, stating that this was Booking.com and not them and therefore not their problem

I was traveling with my 10 year old and didn’t like the at there was a bunch of liquor in the room when I checked in. The $500 incidental hold was a bit extreme too. We had dinner in the restaurant before our concert and there was a little mouse running around on the floor of the restaurant. It was nasty.

When we got to our room we went into the bathroom and found used hand soap with dried bubbles in the dish and used towels. The cleaning service was down the hall and they gave me new soap and wiped the dish and gave a new towel but it made us wonder how clean the rest of the room was.

The staff were great and very kind and welcoming. The location was perfect.

The rooms are a bit mediocre (spectacular/ wonderful) The parking is utterly ridiculous there’s about a $63 charge to park valet and the hotel has no other accommodations for parking at all that is your only option and it is NOT included in your $400/$500 plus hotel stay. No refrigerator in room because the one provided is filled with crazy overpriced items so you can’t use it no microwave but you can ask for one.

The staff were amazing from valet to security to housekeeping bartenders front desk like all were amazing. The roof top pool and the incredible views were amazing the hotel staff were very friendly accommodating understandable and just a breathe of fresh air always greeting you and asking if you need anything. There are two or three different bars and hangout locations with live Dj at night and plenty seating awesome time
