Like the large windows and proximity to times square. Overpriced compared to others in same area with better rooms and amenities like Tempo, Hardrock and others.

No coffee or microwave in the room. Had to trek out every morning just to get a cup of coffee. The alternative was to order coffee from room service any pay $40. No thank you! Also, the fridge was filled with overpriced products that went untouched and so was unusable.

The location was prime.

I think a Keurig coffee maker in each room would be a great addition to the room, even a small microwave. We went out to eat quite a bit but couldn't take any leftovers back because of that. Also the carpet could use replacement or cleaning.

Location was great, Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the house keeping. We never had to ask for anything for our room when we came back after being out all day. Everything was tidy, replenished and plenty of towels.

The hotel room itself was a little dirty (definitely saw old stains and dirty areas in the bathroom). Bed was a little uncomfortable but luckily there were tons of pillows to help me adjust.

Loved the location and convenience, so close to so much. Loved the bar in the lobby, great atmosphere and great drinks.

Felt like it was dated and needs a facelift, general wear and tear over the years and for the W i expected better presented hotel and rooms. the rooms were on the smaller side but given the space it still worked, the doormen on street level just stood around chatting and no one really offered to help with my luggage (which i didn't need help but they could have at least offered). The check in person didnt really offer any maps or asked if we needed any guidance around the city but I guess that is where the concierge was for. The breakfast offerings was average and utilised two restaurants connected to the hotel, to be honest I didnt go back for breakfast after day 1 - I just ate outside of the hotel

First time stating at W times square - this hotel is really only about the location in my opinion! it is right there amongst it, close to the Broadway Theatres and metros. Safe and secure hotel. Check in was fast and quick. Good size gym. There is a starbucks right across the street.

Room doesn’t have much amenities…. Such as toothbrushes, tea/coffee, kettle…… these days, we expect at least these items so unusual to not to be provided.

First time US for our daughter and very kind reception lady, Nancy, welcomed us so happily. She delivered cake and drinks for our daughter to our room. Big thank you to her, she made our stay so relax and homely. Also, young porter guy was always greets us as well. Very good staffs you have.

One minor quibble - there's a comfy bar/cocktail area on the 7th floor. Nice spot but I thought the music was a little too loud. Either you will like the entertainment or you might find it a little off putting.

We were in a lovely room on the 45th floor. I'd asked for a bathroom with grab bars and the W provided exactly what I needed. Our room overlooked Broadway looking North from 47th St. I liked that the location was convenient to Broadway shows and to transportation. I also liked that the hotel didn't feel huge. There's a restaurant, The Blue Fin in the building that my husband and I have been to many times. It has an excellent raw bar, crudo, ceviche, cooked fish. We had a seared tuna that was delicious, a tuna crudo with yuzu lime. We've had oysters in the past. All wonderful.

Lovely room with a great view on 53 floor. Concierge was very helpful. Bar had a relaxing atmosphere in the evening. Hotel as close as you can get to Times Square.

the hotel is in need of a little updating as its looking tired, one lift was out of order for the whole stay. since Marriot Bonvoy now own it, it has lost its independence and charm. its also very expensive now to stay there and there are better hotels around

location is fantastic and we have stayed here before, staff were excellent, on site restaurant Blue Fin excellent.
