The first room we were in the fridge didn't work so we got a different room then halfway through taking a shower the water went cold and the restaurant adjoining the motel quits serving breakfast or any food at 10 in the morning and the bathroom fan switch timer was hanging out of the wall

Idea located for our skiing trip to Look Out and then able to very easily walk into town for a beer on the nightime.

The breakfast was not included with the room, but was excellent. The motel in general has a very comfortable atmosphere, and the staff were very helpful and full of information about the local area. I've stayed there before while on a ski trip, and it is my go to lodging whenever I'm the Wallace area.

Staffing in the restaurant needs help - the lone waitress was awesome but run off her feet. She deserves a raise!

We had a party of 16 for breakfast. Only one server. She was amazing!!!!!!! The food was great and the service was incredible. She was able to keep our large bunch satisfied and did it with a smile. She was the highlight of our stay at you establishment.

The location was perfect for us. The property was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly and welcoming. It was a very pleasant stay.

The cafe was unstaffed. It appeared the one staff person was expected to be the hostess, waitress, and cashier. We overheard comments from frustrated customers who were simply trying to pay the bill. After looking around and seeing multiple tables without food we decided to leave before placing an order. We found a great place in the downtown area for breakfast. We’ve had similar problems at this cafe in the past, so this appears to be a systemic issue.

Sometimes, the saunas are down and not the cleanest. I wish there was an elevator, but I know that's impossible. Not much I don't like.

We have started staying here about 2 times a year as we drive through. It's a cozy place, really basic. I remember staying here as a kid myself. It's comfortable, clean and never loud from my experience. I feel safe and always sleep fairly well. Our kiddo loves the pool, husband likes the saunas. I like the restaurant for early morning breakfast and the staff is always helpful. Also, I really appreciate the lighted parking lots. That's extremely helpful when traveling.

The breakfast restaurant was terrible. One employee who was completely overwhelmed (not her fault!). All tables dirty and food was bad.

Bathroom could definitely use an upgrade and had the smell of cleaning products trying to cover other odors. Bath floor I know had been cleaned but didn't look it.

Excellent front desk. The whole place had a relaxing atmosphere and it was the most quiet room I'de had out of the 5 hotel stays this month . Cleaning staff were super sweet and accommodating.
