The property showed it's age but was still immaculately clean.

The staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed twice, once the night before our cruise, and once the day we returned from our cruise. We had taken a red eye and arrived in the morning exhausted. We were immediately allowed in our room which was so thoughtful. Fabulous location, clean, right on the water.

The view from the room was great and the location was wonderful. The valet parking was helpful. The restaurant food was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast in restaurant coukd be purchased daily on our 3rd day we were told we would have a 20 minute wait before our order was taken. We sat and waited longer without even being offered the chance of a coffee, the guests on the next table had been waiting an hour and when they got there food it was cold so on that we decided to leave.

Location to ferry was excellent. Rooms with balcony was great Staff were very helpful

The walls were a bit thin and we could sometimes hear noises from the other rooms - mostly things like toilets flushing. The valet parking was a little pricey, although very convenient.

The hotel was well placed in Jack London Square and easy to get to. Very convenient location next to the ferry terminal! Plus lots of good restaurants and bars on the square. The room was clean and had a great view of the marina. We enjoyed a free daily drink in the bar and had breakfast one morning, which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No laundry and dry clean service in house. No shop for sundries including especially water. Water in the rooms at $7 insanely expensive. No room service.

$75 pet fee is excessive. My dog is 9lbs….I can’t stay there again at that rate

Not that I didn't like it, but the facility is a bit on the older side. The room was nice, shower a bit small.

The location is perfect! Super close proximity to Yoshi's, where we attended a concert, so we could walk to the venue. It was great having the Waterfront Cafe around the corner so we could grab breakfast in the morning.

Jason the bartender was especially attentive and informative . Property was very clean and the location was the best . This will be my go to spot for the bay !

However it is 100% not worth the price. I stayed one night for $282... my gosh. With this price I was expecting something more on the bougie side. Nope, not bougie just the smallest room and tiniest bathroom. Everything cheaply made. Went on an evening walk, saw a guy standing in the corner peeing onto the hotel building 🙃ofc that's not hotel fault but that's the location you're in, great view, not great people. Honestly blown away at how steep the price was for such a basic hotel. Parking was 30$ self parking and $40 for valet. Although when we came they didn't even allow us to self park. The valet HAD to park... okay. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE... if you get a decent price like 150$ and it's off season, then sure it's good. But more than 200 is such a rip off. Should have went the BnB route. Oh yeah that reminds me, bfast not included. An airbnb I was looking at for the same night was so nice and 160$ but I thought that Waterfront looked like a good experience.. I was wrong.

Unfortunately it was a little pricey for what it was. The extras very expensive and there was no microwave. The valet experience was cool, but a bit pricey.

The staff were all very friendly and kind. I also liked how comfortable the beds were. I had a very cozy nights sleep.

The area surrounding this property is skid row. Be prepared to see more abandoned cars and homeless people in your life. We did not feel safe.
