The condo is part of a huge complex shared between Marriott, Hyatt and Vacasa. Finding our way was challenging at the beginning as the complex is a maze of multiple buildings, hallways and outdoor walkways. There is a valet service for skis that we discovered by asking at the reception when we found out that the ski storage room in the first floor is only for owners. Some signage exists in the complex but should be improved due to its size. Also, there was no (welcoming) information in paper in the condo or in the Vacasa app about some directions like for the ski valet or for trash, etc. TV service comes through a streaming box but it has a weird channel setup with networks and programs I have never seen before but missing the ones that we know. Those are just a few details that I would expect in a vacation stay of this price level.

The location is great, adjacent to the Peak 9 base area and Main St with bars, shops and restaurants. The condo is spacious and equipped with all a group may need for the stay, including the kitchen. There is a larger hot tub directly by the building and another three hot tubs and a pool reachable through a short walk. Front desk staff and personell on site was always friendly and helpful.

Wish the refrigerator had a water filter built in.

Very cute and oh so comfy! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. From the natural lighting to the awesome bathroom, comfy couch and bed, everything was great! The place was also clean which was a major plus. We would definitely book again and refer others too!

Everything in the apartment was great. The front desk was hard to find from the location. Someone needs to call Google and have them update how the map reader works.

Rooms were well appointed. Living room worked well as a gathering place. Kitchen was great! Building staff exceptionally responsive. Location was across the street from a great breakfast spot and 1/4 block from Main Street.

Elevator was not working for two days. Beds were not comfortable. All king beds but we’re kind of hard. And the sheets were scratchy. Garage parking was free but was dark.

We loved the large size of the property, three beds and three baths, kitchen. We loved the view of the mountains from the deck just off of the living room. Was walking distance to everything. Hot tub nearby was perfect complex was quiet since we were on the top floor. Property managed by Vacasa who were very responsive. Came and changed a couple of lightbulbs that were burned out.

You should use a slope side ski valet rather than the one offered by the facility because it's too difficult to get your ski's and boots back to the condo area. Also, neither the oven nor the DVD player worked and were not fixed during my stay.

The location of the condo is great for accessing the town, but not great for skiing.

a little dated but was fine. only complaint - the apartment was clean but the king size bed blanket cover had some blood spots on it.

It was a spacious v=comfortable apartment. a little bit dated in terms of bathrooms and amenities. Great parking in lower levels. Easy check in procedure. Clean and good for families.

Picking up the keys was painful. We received a text that a "door code" would be sent to us. It was not. I received an email that day but was not expecting it, so never saw it. Poured rain, and walked around for 20 minutes just trying to find the office. The person at the desk said," I am not sure why they tell guests there is a door code when there is not. You have to pick up a physical key from us." Also, buildings need signs with the building numbers easy to see. Maddening to try to find your building using only a facilities map.
