In the bathroom, water leaked through the ceiling from the room above. That appeared to have happened before as the drop-ceiling was already discolored, so, apparently the problem had not been corrected before my stay. Due to that, I left a day early and was able to get refunded for that day.

Room good overall except that the floor was a laminate and not carpeted.

No staff to check us in, they literally left our key on the office door. No exaggeration, it took 10 minutes to get hot water. Their free breakfast was store bought boxes of donuts and Little Debbie snacks. They should've charged more like $100/nt instead of $250. It was definitely not worth it !

Clean, comfortable, close to beaches and activities. The Outdoor pool and grilling would be grand but it was the end of the season so we did not use.

I've been staying there for the past 5 years and it's going down hill every time. Advertised heated pool, pool was drained. Breakfast is a joke, worst I've had. Not worth the effort. Bathroom was missing tile, holes in wall where towel rack was, no grab bars in bathtub/shower, ceiling tiles with water stains and not in place. Floor was so dirty that when I walked on it after showering, I had to wash my feet again. Facility is in desperate need of improvement. Staff is nice, location is great but Hotel is rapidly losing appeal and with so many close by, it's hard to chose Regency Majestic again.

Acconodation was basic and the continental breakfast was underwhelming. The breakfast room was very tatty and the cereal was stale and only white bread available.

Good location, easy to book in and nice restaurant within walking distance.

Ceiling in the room was stained and rusty.housekeeping never emptied our trash cans that were overflowing. Towels were never hung up. No channel directory for the TV. Heat/air conditioner was noisy as hell. Buildings appeared shabby. Ok

Floors always felt sandy from the time we arrived to the time we left. Kitchen sink had a leak maintenance tighteneted the pipe slowing it considerable but leak continued. No daily housekeeping service provied unless requested.

NO wifi. NOT a good thing when trying to get a little work in in the room. No ability to connect.

Room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Pillows...sufficient. TV was an internet connected "Fire TV". But the internet signal was SO weak that I NEVER got anything to actually play on the television. My phone and laptop also were unable to connect. Facility should consider wifi extenders at the very least.

The room was, in a word, filthy. The floor was gritty with dirt, and if wiped with a cloth, came up black. There was hair and rolls of dust/spiderwebs in the corners and the tub had some sort of loose dirt in it. The air conditioner filter (I swear) had at least a half inch thick layer of dust and hair clogging it. Also, the "kitchenette" consisted of a thin sheet metal cabinet from the 1950's, and two Electric burners right next to the sink/water hookup (same cabinet). Also, one of the bedroom doors had a huge hole punched into the backside of it. The pictures and write-up online make the place look far more modern and kept up.

The location in Wells was very convenient. The price, upon initial booking, was appropriate for a family traveling though the area. Also, we arrived later than expected, and the associate gave us a very professional call to ensure that we were planning on staying.

The room was dated and the kitchenette insufficient for food storage and preparation.

The breakfast was not appealing and not sufficient for the number of guests who were attempting to eat there. The food was prepackaged and of low quality.

The floors were covered in sand (no sand around) we had no towels or wash cloths in our room. It’s like the room wasn’t cleaned. We were also accused of smoking marijuana in front of our room when neither of us smoke marijuana my friend watched the girl from the room that reported it smoking outside of their room. And to top it off dead mice in the pool
