Price didn’t measure up w accommodations. Very expensive and didn’t include cont breakfast etc… Restaurant was nice to have right at hotel-food was pretty good but could’ve been cleaner

Feeling segregated when we were seated!!! All the BLACKS were seated together in the back corner and all other nationality were seated up front!! Not a good look, very disappointed ☹️

The bathroom window and the fact that the test of the system wasn’t specific to what would be said. Hours after lights flashing the message to evacuate came on and I thought was real because it said this is not a test. I was in a panic and then to top it off the doors in the the stairwell are not marked very well still when you get to the bottom to exit. It actually doesn’t have an exit at very bottom it’s the laundry room. This information should be marked on the stairwell door. Maybe say exit at this floor to leave building safely. I was in a panic then had to go back up 2 flights because the bottom wasn’t a clear exit. I was very upset, stressed and disappointed. I did bring this to the person at front desk.

We liked pretty much everything about the room and our stay. The one exception was the sliding door for the bathroom. You cannot lock the door and also there are holes in it, which is just an extremely bizarre choice. It made it difficult for our family with 2 toddlers who could open and close the door anytime they wanted.

We loved the location of the resort! It was so convenient to be able to walk from the hotel to the beach using the walkway in a matter of minutes. The pool was great, never too crowded and always chairs available.

The fact you have to pay $48 a day to park your car where your staying ridiculous an it should says on site that there is a charge for parking your car

Parking is ridiculously expensive for guests. The daily parking fees where almost as expensive as the daily car rental rate. We had issues with the bathroom door in our room. The door fell out of its track, but was not a huge issue. Our shower was leaking from the base of the handheld shower gun, it made if a little difficult to keep the water inside the shower area.

The location of the hotel is great, beach is beautiful and access to the beach via the bridge is very helpful if you have kids...The staff was very helpful and the restaurant in the hotel was really good for breakfast as well as supper.0

I wish they would include the umbrella with the chairs for the beach. the chairs are free but you have to pay for the umbrella

You sure advertised this room as having a balcony. I had two must haves when I picking my hotel: 1) ocean view 2) a full balcony When I arrived at the hotel I was told none of the rooms had walk out balconies just a Romeo and Juliet style. This was total fake advertising and I was highly disappointing.

we were very unhappy with the design of the bathrooms almost total lack of privacy, not conducive to traveling with a family.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was a disappointed with the room bathroom it was dated and I expected more of a spa feel with an updated shower , instead of a tub/ shower combination.

The ocean front room view was exceptional! We stayed on the 10th floor and having the ability to open up the sliders and not only see , but hear the ocean throughout the night ! The Lona restaurant also had great drinks and tasty food and again able to enjoy the ocean view!!

We only stayed here one night (Thank God). Our room had no balcony even thought that was the whole reason I paid for the room I selected. The AC did not get cold enough even though it was set so low. The day we left was by far the worst day. I ordered a bell hop to come help me with my bags and no one showed up I had to carry all our luggage out alone. Luckily other customers helped me down to the car.

Breakfast? lol I have to say the only thing I liked was that we were close to other places. The spa is great but its always booked so I could only get a 25 minute massage the day we left so I couldn't enjoy the amenities included. I also had to pay only cash if I want anything bc your computers went down. I reccomend a better quicker tech company. But I won't be back so I dont care what you do.

I didn't not like having a bell-hop service and having to lug luggage from north to south tower and walk across the walkway with a ton of bags. I didn't like the layout of the tiny bathroom in an ex suite especially its lack of privacy. The bathroom wall was a sliding wooden shutter that didn't close properly and opened directly into the bedroom with double beds and family members not a couple. Also, the shower had see through blinds, we noticed at night that people outside could see directly in and not to count the neighbors from the hotel next door. I would suggest to drywall and remove the shutters -- family members want privacy and not to be seen in the bathroom. Next, replace the blinds in the shower with dark shades or frost the window. I would also give guests options for their daily amenities fees -- realistically, most options on the list were not used -- I would offer guests either free daily breakfast vouchers or free valet parking instead. I would also extend hotel beach chairs service until 6pm daily. Also, the cleaning service was uneven on xmas and we didn't even get fresh towels even after we made the request. I also didn't know the room didn't have a balcony, it was not clear from the booking site.

I liked the ocean view/amazing sunrises from the corner suite, the hotel's Mexican restaurant food/service with beautiful views, great yoga instructor and yoga classes with ocean views. I also liked the hotel's convenient location across from the beach and the choice of many local restaurants a few steps away. We also appreciated the no wait for the valet service when we needed our car.
