There wasn’t anything that stood out that I didn’t like. The restrooms could have been cleaner, monitored more often, some customers can make a mess and not clean up after themselves.

The food at the restaurant was ok but not great. Although the prices weren't out of line with other nearby restaurants, it seemed a bit expensive given the quality of the food. The supervisor at the restaurant seemed very tense and whenever he was nearby the staff seemed uncomfortable and it had a negative effect on the atmosphere.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Impressive lobby. Good wifi and conditioning. The water at the entrance was a great touch after coming in from the heat! Handy to have both a restaurant/bar and a Starbucks in the hotel. Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants (although an expensive area). Walking distance to a metro.

This isn't a complaint, just an observation. The hotel is not located near much night life activities if that is what you are looking for.

Staff was very pleasant. Overall a very quiet, mature and relaxing environment. The neighborhood was also quiet and well kept. Room was very clean upon arrival, I had a standing shower which came with the traditional king room, spacious bathroom. The lobby was very welcoming to guest. Received complimentary wine one evening. Housekeeping came by every afternoon. It was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning was quite loud. Temperature control was not great either - it’s either too cold or not cold enough. I was also given a room facing the lobby so I can’t open the curtain at all. I’ve requested to change room as I was staying for 6 nights but was told not possible.
