The first room was filthy, food on the chair, dirty fridge and desk top, something splashed on the wall, and the smell was horrific. I was told that it was used for guests with dogs. My questio is, dogs or not, why would you put us in a dirty room and think that it would be OK? Me or anyone, the smell was unbearable.

We were charged for a pet fee when in fact we did not have a pet, we were a family of 3 and out of the 3 families only 1 brought a pet. We've called multiple times to obtain refund and all they tell us to do is to call back. This was a last minute trip and I wouldn't book this place again.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and kids loved making the waffles, pool was great another win when traveling with kids, room was ok, we found a roach the last night of our stay in our room.

The TV stopped working. Had to help the maintenance guy figure it out. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on, causing water to be all over the floor. The main water line broke so we spent the last day without showering able to use the bathroom.

Price was the main reason we picked it. Free breakfast too.

elevator 1 was not working when it came to going to the first floor that really need to get fixed. That was ignoring.

The cockraoaches !!!!!! And no compensation for our tolerance in having to share our room with insects

The whole overall experience was far beyond my expectations and the staff was very pleasant. The sad part is that all of the good was brought down atleast 60% by one, and the only one, lousy facility trespasser and his whole family. A LARGE family of cockaroaches. Room door was in need of cosmetic attention (outside). Bathroom was very unpleasant. Bathroom door didn't close properly and was missing paint. Bathroom was tiny. Small cockroach near sink. No in-room safe. Tub was discolored. Hall carpet on 2nd floor was really worn out.

Check-in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ample. Beds were very comfortable.

Hallways were disgusting. Which is probably why you get such a low rating online. The bathroom was very small, but the ceiling tiles all messed up, was a little concerning. Hallways need paintings or maybe some greenery leaves painted, or prestick wall borders. Very plain and dirty looking. Some of the doors to rooms, need to be repainted as well.

Very old and outdated, doors splitting and wall paint falling off. Musky smell and beetles in the bathroom. Towels had some stains on them, clean but still needed new towels.

Curtains not designed to close which was a bit odd.

Standard accommodation. Clean and generally well maintained. A bit perfunctory. Lovely huge comfortable bed. Good breakfast although a bit of a scrum as very few tables for the size of the hotel.

It’s very outdated, the walls are brown and look very stained with old carpets. It gives it a very grimey and dirty feel even though it seems clean. Some of the towels were not clean and some of the furniture in the hallways. Also the curtains do not black out all the way across so it’s very light in the morning.

Considering the price, it was better than expected. It was comfortable and spacious. It was pretty clean overall. Good breakfast.
