You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Towel bar missing
The owner/manager is supernice. It is outdated but it was expected for the terrific price. It was clean. Great location if you are looking to be right in the heart of Wildwood. Great place if you're on a tight budget.

The motel was dated and could use a facelift. The beds were not the most comfortable but they served their purpose. There was only bar soap and shampoo in the bathroom, luckily we did bring extra toiletries. But overall, the motel met my expectations.
The motel was located two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. There were also bars, restaurants, and breakfast spots within walking distance of the motel. The staff was very friendly. We were arriving ahead of schedule so I called and asked if an early check in would be possible and it was.

We had no view due to wear the room was located but we were ok with that since we mainly were on the go most of the time.
We were within walking distance to most of what we wanted to do for the 3 night stay.

The beds were very soft not good if you have a back condition. Very small parking lot almost too small not enough room for all cars for guests.
Neat and clean staff was very nice accommodating. Good location. 1 1/2 blocks from ocean.

The floor was dirty with sand, hair, and an old purple hair tie at the bedside so I wasn’t sure how thorough they clean the beds/ near the beds.
They had AC on for us on arrival for a nice cold room which was pleasant! And very quiet considering it’s right off the second pier.

too much noise after hours, all you can hear all night is everyone upstairs. the light coming in from the street at night was so bright that it lit up the room when trying to sleep

My only complaint was had made service left a tip and the floor was not cleaned so there was sand from us coming in and out obviously and dirt other than that they maid staff was great …

The first room we were shone was a little dingy but the staff showed us a different room and it was very nice. They were very accommodating.

Had to unplug the lamp to charge phone. No hooks or extra towel racks for wet items. But was ok for us
Motel was near and convenient to boardwalk. No hair blower, not many outlets for charging convenience and not super updated, however I liked the staff I would stay again.

The room had a hole punched in the wall from a prior guest. I discovered this upon walking into the room and reported it immediately. The staff member knew about the hole. Other guest were noisy throughout the night.
The location was great! The staff were friendly and accommodating for the entire stay.
