No privacy at pool. Dirty dishes left in hallway, terrible handicapped parking, toilets in room to low. Hotel needed some upgrades, looked a little shabby in places.

This price quoted was supposed to be all inclusive of fees and taxes. I got charged 10 dollars a day for parking which is ridiculous as the hotel was empty in the off season

The restaurant did not open until 5 many in my group were elderly. I asked the resturant staff if they would be able to accommodate our group. I was assured that it would not be a problem. However it was a problem as the menu was reduced due to not having enough staff. The resturant opened early one day for us.

Didn’t understand why parking was not free for the guest. A hot tub was missing. Pool was good. Kind of thought I signed up for a room with a couch so we could have chilled out together. But overall it was a good short stay. Customer service was good and facility was clean that’s my top priority.

Our room was dated and the furniture was very dirty and worn. We booked as a family of 5 needing to utilize the sofa bed to accommodate us, but it was stained and ripped; honestly, it was too gross and uninviting to use. So we had to cram 5 people in 2 beds. Noone slept well and it was truly an uncomfortable stay. The bathroom shower was moldy. The walls showed signs of water damage. The carpet was stained. This is not typical of Hilton properties which is why we always choose Hilton over other brands. This was our third stay here and this is the first time we have had such a neglected and unkept room. The pool is beautiful but there were large groups of kids running and being wild which was intimidating and uncomfortable for my younger children. The hotel needs to do more to supervise the pool area. They also need to revitalize the overgrown sports court to give the kids somewhere to play when the pool is too busy and chaotic.

Nice pool and fitness facilities. Lobby and common area were clean and well maintained. Nice to have an onsite dining option.

We asked for a handicap room when we arrived. We were not told the room didn’t have a balcony which we wanted. The room was not appropriately furnished as handicap. It ont had a grab bar on the shower. Usually the bathroom is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair or walker and the toilet is raised. This was NOT a handicap room.

Check in was easy and parking was good. We enjoyed the pool.

The toilet is way too low. Perfect for a toddler! Not good for people with knee issues. Shampoo and soaps were heavily perfume scented.

It was a long walk to the room after getting off of the elevator- we had to walk down several hallways, which was ok for us but could be an issue for some people.

Location was great - one block away from Bush Gardens! Close to the stores and restaurants but off of the main road. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool was great and open late! The warm, welcome cookies that were provided to us at check-in were a delightful treat after getting drenched at Bush Gardens! I forgot to take pics of the hotel, but it was nice.
