To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNoisy freeways nearby. It’s a bit shabby, with worn carpet, mold around the tub, dinged-up walls, and dirty windows. Really needs refurbishing! The heat/air fan was on and blowing air 24-7 and I could not turn it off! Glad I had earplugs.

United States of AmericaI liked everything. It was all great. Only tiny fuss was that we didn't have coffee pods in the room. But we improvised, and just walked down to the dining area. We were happy with everything. We have all discussed continuing to stay with your chain of hotels. Would like to put in a work order for our room though. The wall strip where the night table is, that's placed between the sconces, that we tried to use to charge our phones, did not work. So we shared the one plug strip that was placed under the television, in our room. That one worked. Thank you for everything.
The speedy arrangement that was made for us, for a shuttle to the TRRMA Awards Show.

United States of AmericaThe hallways/downstairs has a distinctive smell but wasn’t unbearable. It would be nice to see more dairy free/vegan breakfast options available for those of us with diet restrictions/allergies.
The beds felt like we were sleeping on a cloud, so comfortable. The staff were wonderful, the sink in our room was not draining & they immediately got us a new room. The breakfast had a good selection.

i really enjoyed being on the top floor and the breakfast was good . I also really enjoyed my room the bed was so comfortable , think it was one of the best nights of sleep i had in a while .
