The walls were paper thin, so you could hear EVERYTHING in neighboring rooms and in the hallway. Now, Niagara being the honeymoon capital of the world… it might not be related, but it’s a G-rated way to describe the situation. One in our group had VERY ENTHUSIASTIC ‘honeymooners’ next door and got literally no sleep (they went for hours, and excessively loudly, both nights). The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel, so plan on that possibly being an issue. Front desk staff could be friendlier - they were ok, but not the epitome of hospitality, more like ‘fine, since you’re already here, I’ll do my job, but don’t expect me to pretend I’m happy about it’.

The location was amazing, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable (with a large selection of pillows of various firmness - can’t go wrong!)

I could hear my floor mates often... walls are thin. I would like more fresh fruit and veggies at the breakfast table. The pool was dirty (lots of hair in pool). Our keys didn't work on the last day... we had to go to front desk.

Love complimentary breakfast, price of hotel. Front desk staff was lovely and cleaning staff was friendly too.

Breakfast was abysmal! No other word for it. Tasteless eggs, tiny pancake long line for toast, cereal and that was it! A bit of hair on the bathtub and behind the toilet. No shutter blinds in room

It was extremely spacious, clean to an extent and quite modern. About 10mins walk to the Falls. Good ambience. Definitely comfortable and won't mind staying again if breakfast is improved or maybe scrapped as not okay at all

We were in a ground floor connecting room and we could hear everything happening in the room next to us - even regular conversation level noise. Would recommend asking for a room on a higher floor that doesn't have the connecting room.

You can hear people walking in the room upstairs- they must have been elephants actually- they were so loud. Breakfast was served on paper plates! Unbelievable! Waste of paper or laziness ? I think that is only possible in US.

The pool was closed both days. Car got broken into in the parking lot.

there wasn't shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, it was too bad in my opinion. I left something and returned to the room, there was nobody to help me.

The room was comfortable but definitely needs an upgrade and som love. The bedroom door was so hard to open and close that I had to help my mum. The wall are that thin I could hear someone snoring from another room. Breakfast was disappointing: poor selection and served on paper plates/cups. Why? Room and tables messy. The only woman working was doing a good job but she couldn’t keep up. A jar of peanut butter left there for people to scup it out doesn’t seem hygienic an up to hotel standards. Seems like the company is saving money cutting staff members. I was also given the wrong info from the reception. They either didn’t know about things or they gave me the wrong information (breakfast time, shuttle bus, tour operator). Not worth the money.

The Hotel is very close to the Niagara Falls.
