눉The bathroom was very cold. I think better pillows are very important. Breakfast was very poor. The milk was sour we were there on Monday Jan. 18 & milk was for Jan13th. I brought it to the ladies attention and she had to check with her boss before she could get another jug of milk. She came back to say we don't have any. So we could not have cereal we just had toast. Eggs were cold.
눇A very clean hotel. Pool was very nice. It was very warm so that was good. Staff was very nice.

눉First room had dirty tissue and a broken toilet seat. Moved to a second room with a Tv that didn't work, hole in the shower wall, dirty shower ceiling, mechanical systems beside the window, noisy, the fire door to the stairwell not properly installed and not closing making it useless for its intended purpose of giving guests a safe passage in case of fire, all exterior surfaces on room doors marked up and or scratched, breakfast bar sorely lacking fruits and other standard breakfast fare. Hotel Manager entered our room with the do not disturb placard displayed on our door. My Wife and I were undressed at the time. Gary, the manager smiled and grinned as I voiced my displeasure with his intrusion and the state in which his hotel was in, that included a life safety issue with the fire door not operating as it should. His answer was to take $30 off our bill.

눇Staff was very friendly and informative. Gave us good weather warnings and alternate driving routes. :)
