When folding washed towels that will be placed in 'clean' rooms for new guests, please check them to ensure NO pubic hair is on them from prior guests.

What i didnt like were minor things NOT major the air conditioner never shut off its either too hot or too cold you can't control it manually. The TV needs to be updated to a smart TV, taking a bath wasnt really an option it was a small tub, and I don't like the push button on the toilet. The fridge keep beeping in the middle of the night, it would keep setting to defrost mode.

The small kitchenette that had a dishwasher, microwave and real silverware. The couch that pull out to a bed. The staff was great very welcoming. The free breakfast. The availability to wash my clothes if need be. The cabinet and drawer space in the room was great also..so spacious. The patio outside was very relaxing with the fireplace and the TV in corner to keep you entertained if need be.

I did not like the fact the maintenance man just walked into my room uninvited while my 15 year old son was sleeping and startled him. They said they called the room and because nobody answered they went to see if the room was occupied. I already checked in and ran my card through so they knew someone was in there. Very unprofessional to walk into a room without an invite. Someone could have been unclothed. My son immediately called me as I was by the pool. Not happy at all with that situation. I hid my valuables the rest of the trip. I would have changed hotels but we had already changed once because Home2Suites was more affordable than the Doubletree we were at. When I spoke to the manager she acted as if it was casual and not a big deal! If I’m that area again I will NOT stay at that hotel. I’m a Hilton Honors member as well.

Breakfast was good. They could have changed it up a little though we were there for 4 days.

To start there was no one at the desk. They finally came so I could check in. Got to the room the TV wouldn't work. Tried to call the desk, no answer multiple times. Finally figured out how to fix it myself. Breakfast ended at 9am. Early for a weekend. There were very few choices for a diabetic. No 2% milk only whole. Limited protein choices. Would have helped to at least had peanut butter and sugar free syrup.

When I 1st arrived to the room, it had a smoke smell. The carpet was dirty and it looked like the room was not clean thoroughly.

Next day I asked to be changed to another room and was switched over pretty quickly.

Updated but corners were cut, fridge was off, underwhelming breakfast. Locked out of room in AM prior to checkout time.

Nice size room with kitchenette and sitting area. Overall clean.
