Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

one of the reasons I reserved this hotel was for the convenience of included breakfast, but ended up being too processed for my liking, keep this in mind if this is something you are considering.

The breakfast patties were often burned (like overly heated in the microwave that it becomes hard). Nothing exciting but will make the kiddies happy. There is no hot tub and the water in the small pool was too cold to swim in March spring break. The hotel still used small tiny tubes of toiletries instead of the refillable ones attached to the wall and the shampoo made my hair feel brittle. No shower gel, only small round bars of soap. The room/pillows had a funny cologne smell that made it really hard to ignore and fall asleep. But that smell went away the next night so that was ok...
Love that the free shuttle got us to Universal Studios before either of the park opened. So it was great for timing. I love that there were fast food options right at the parking lot of the hotel. There's Taco Bell, an IHOP, and a KFC that all practically shared the parking lot with the hotel. I love how close we were to the green line trolley that took us to the Premium Outlets. The staff were nice, their breakfast was ok. They had mini waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, yogurt, sweet items like cupcakes and mini donuts, cereal and bread. There is a very small pool. The room was a good size. The washroom was ok. I love that I was able to buy something online and shipped it to the hotel.

As usual, it's not easy to find food if you don't want to take your car. Like almost everywhere in the USA, how sad to see all this plastic tableware thrown away during breakfasts! What an ecological nonsense!
Very convenient to visit the Orlando area, The hotel is clean, the staff is very professionnal and the breakfast is perfect.

The elevators were a little funky. They would stop at times and take 2-3 minutes for it to open. Also the shuttle that takes you to the park is a small bus and it picks up a bunch of other people first-so we had to stand on the bus and it was very crowded, it also only runs once throughout the day.
The room was nice, lots of space. It was in walking distance to some restaurants and other fast food, which was convenient. Overall, it was a good experience. They also have free coffee all day in the lobby!

not possible to open windows - missing fresh air breakfasts at the hotel were quite basic ... (US standard) payment - as in 50% cases in US, not possible to pay without physical card...
everything was OK, good beds, free parking outside, great Korean restaurant very close :)
