How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Rooms were very small, our family of 4 had zero space to keep our luggage or hang towels/swimsuits.
Pool area is very nice. Attached restaurant (not included with stay) was a great breakfast option. Beds were comfortable. Great location, could walk to the outlet mall and a lot of restaurants.

Our toilet was not attached so when you sat it tipped all over, and you had flush it by the tank because the handle didn't work. Never got fixed even after 2 calls to the desk.

The security girl that checked us in was very helpful and nice! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will recommend and stay there again! Overall I was happy and I'm very picky. Thank you!

We could hear the shower in the next room, but hallway was quiet

Did not care for the pillows - 5 or 6 of them on the bed and all were too squishy. Main door did not open smoothly - it would catch on something and was noisy when opened. One of the closet doors did not close properly. But none of these were major issues.
Room was clean and comfortable. King size bed was comfortable. Great access to amenities. Good sized bathroom with tub/shower - good showerhead. Good lighting, plenty of outlets. Refrigerator and coffee machine worked fine - did not try the microwave.

I only had one negative and that was that the beds were really firm and I don't necessarily like firm beds.
Hotel was great, very clean, staff was fantastic at check-in. Hotel had an outdoor pool that was more than I expected with slide and waterfall. Indoor pool there as well. Pillows were awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel.

My overall impression of the property is that it is in need of updating, not only the exterior but the interior room as well. Children would fit nicely into the bathroom but not an adult and the toilet being a scant 15" from the floor is not appealing.
The check-in process was easy and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. The bed we slept in was firm and probably newer than the other amenities. My work computer screen is larger than the flat screen television. The room was clean.

The bathroom and the TV's could be updated
Very reasonable prices and the pool area is very nice! I think if your looking for something comfortable, affordable and family friendly this is a great option

On the website it states there is a bar on site. I wouldn't actually call it a bar as it is open very limited hours . If this hotel would re do the bar area to make it more comfy and cozy this hotel would exceed expectations for an overnight get away .
The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is a bonus next to the outlet mall and several eating establishments. The pool area looked entertaining especially for smaller children.

The room was fine for the the two of us, but it would have been a tight fit for a family. Very little floor space to move around the beds.
Nice pool/water park area. Considering this is a family oriented place with a water park, we had no issues with noise at night. It was very quite and we slept well. Loved the balconies on our rooms.

The beds could be softer
The staff! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Every staff would stop and say good morning to us and they had a smile on their faces. I like this hotel smaller waterpark for littles. Great location and offers everything you need on a family vacation
