If you save all your money for a trip, arrive tired at the hotel and just want to sleep, it's really annoying that they are trying to sell you things. I said no to the offer, but still they made an appointment for me. After I spoke to an agent it was all good, but still wasn't a nice thing when you are on holidays and they make random appointments for you. I'd still come again, as the atmosphere was great other than that and staff rly nice.

The time share sales push. They grab unsuspecting travellers the moment they walk in the door. It takes a lot of time to go through that sales presentation, no matter how easy it might be to sit through. Great food in the cafe, but no pleasant restaurant setting.

Beware! This is a timeshare but booking.com doesn’t tell you that. Once you check in they quickly send you over to the desk to get your bracelet that activates the elevator and room and that’s where it starts! Just get the bracelet and walk away.

What a hotel! We loved our stay here in Vegas! Great location. Massive suite! Incredibly comfy bed. Not too far from the strip. Staff were friendly. Shame the weather wasn’t great, but gives us a reason to come back and we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Trying to bring you to a time share meeting is ok, but a guy from the staff made our first impression very bad. He said it was mandatory that we attend it. Even us saying we did not want or did not have time as we were there for only 2 days, he insisted that it was mandatory and tried that we pay 40 dollars as a guarantee to attend the meeting. I got so frustrated and went back to check in. That is when he followed me and told the check-in staff that he canceled the meeting booking. Very stressful.

Stayed 9 days in tower 3. It was a big apartment and there was even a washer, dryer and dishwasher including cleaning products. Micrcowave, stove, cooking equipment, everything is very complete. I could walk in 20 minutes to the Ceasars forum for an event and in 15 minutes you can walk to the strip. An Uber will get you to the strip for about 10 - 14 USD and to Walmart also around 15 USD. Internet also worked well. Saw many people in the heated pool also. The reception was friendly and took care of some amazon packages that where delivered in the hotel. Didn't see or hear anything about timeshare. I would come back here.

The color scheme in the room was a bit "dark". I'm or a friend of bright colors.

Room was large and very quiet. I liked the fact that there was no room service. Overall everything seemed to be in good shape. Fitness center has some nice equipment.

Just about every staff person I talked to wanted to sell me a time share at the resort. Fortunately, my wife was not present on this trip and as a result, they couldn't give me their sales pitch.

The room was very spacious and had unexpected amenities such as in-room laundry, kitchen, etc. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa were comfortable. The location was decent, although the weather was a bit cold to walk to the strip. I would have liked the shuttle to have been available a little more frequently considering the cold temps.
