The rooms and ac /heating units could use updating. It’s hard to tell if it’s going to be too hot or too cold without a temperature gauge on the unit and I kept waking up to turn it up or down

The pool bar wasn't open at the time but they did let you take beer from the bar to the pool .

I loved that it had everything , so you didn't have to leave . Pool , bar , and restaurant .

The A/C filter was dirty. We cleaned the filter since the room had a musty smell. The cleaning helped. Check out is at noon but we had housekeeping cleaning rooms around us at 10am and knocking on our door asking when we would be out.

We have stayed there in the past and has been the only place we stay when we need a hotel in Kerrville. We have always loved the pool. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The front desk and maintenance staff have always been very friendly.

We loved staying at the Y O Ranch Hotel it was my grandkids first time. We loved the pool and it was so close to our room that was wonderful. The lobby is out of this world I love the western feel. I stayed there 39 years ago with my parents, husband and daughter. I was expecting my son. We were very comfortable every time we have stayed there.

kind of old, and needs some updating. The bar had very little liquor in house. nothing for mixers. Bartender Richard I believe was his name, was great, but they definitely need to stock up in the bar. Restaurant was only open part of the day and weekend. food was good, but again, seemed to be running out of things. makes you think they are going out of business or selling.

The property, common areas, hallways, and walls in the rooms show their age. The showerhead needs to be updated. The ac is not connected to a thermostat, so it runs constantly and makes it difficult to get the temp right.

The lobby makes a good first impression, I liked the rustic feel. A nice change from the typical chains I am used to. The rooms are large and well equipped with modern furnishings. The TV was a big screen and fairly new, with a good assortment of channels.

Staff and Cleanliness the rooms actually had soap and shampoo you would actually use if need be.

friendly helpful staff the over 55 lady at the front desk was awesome! thanks for the wood on the fire in the lobby and fixing my room floor level with my post-op knees! everyone very friendlily hotel clean just worn a bit in the rooms and dated and the mattress was lumpy a bit uncomfortable but still plush maybe it’s a bit old the layout of the facility was great I would go back and try the branding iron restaurant this time. the live music in the bar was a hard no. the poor man can not sing. instrumentals were good.

The restaurant was closed and the hotel was mostly empty. The room was a bit overpriced.

The suite was spacious, the tile floors were so much better than carpet, and the staff was accommodating. The balcony/private patio was pleasant, and for me an absolute must.

lobby, steak house, bar very nice. rooms older haven’t been updated in a while. overall it’s nice but a little pricey for the condition of the older rooms and bathrooms. they are clean but probably wouldn’t stay here again for the money charged

The toilet wasn't cleaned. It had some splashed fical matter around the inside of the toilet and toilet seat. The tile floor was kinda of cold. The heater in the bathroom wasn't working, so it kinda made it bad, along with the tiled floor due to the cold weather at the time that I visited.

The location is great! The room size was great!
