눉They stated we would have two beds in the suite. That is not accurate. There is only one queen bed upstairs. The other sleeping accommodation is a platform sofa against a wall. Completely unsatisfactory. The only comfortable sleeping arrangements for two single adults are the bungalow with two separate twin beds. This should be much more clearly stated .. Food other than breakfast, expensive and not too good.

눉This hotel, once a Four Seasons, has recently been sold to the Hyatt chain. We noticed that the staff was still adjusting to the change, and many things were not running smoothly. One of them was the transportation to and from the resort. Since it's isolated, you definitely need a car to take you everywhere and we had 2 VERY upsetting episodes: 1. Visit to the Narbona Winery: the concierge recommended the winery and their wine tasting tour, which we gladly accepted. The Narbona Winery is very close, around 10 minutes by car. We asked what time we should be ready and was told that it had to be at 6 pm because we had to wait for another couple from the hotel who would join us, we couldn't go at another time. When we got to the reception we had to wait for the second couple, and as they arrived (late), we were kept waiting (the winery was only 10 minutes away, someone could have easily taken us, and still made it back to bring the other couple). But this 5 star hotel, however, decided that it was best to keep us waiting. The wine tasting itself was great and lasted 1 hour, so we decided to try their restaurant (which was also highly recommended). We asked if it was okay to stay a bit longer, and we were assured that there would be someone from the resort to take us back, that all we had to do was talk to someone from the Narbona staff. After our meal, we were ready to go, and was told from the restaurant staff to wait at the reception, that a car was coming to pick us up. We waited for half an hour, and no one came. When we spoke to the restaurant staff again, they told us we had to WAIT AGAIN for the second couple to finish their meal, that no one would take us. Again, we waited for another half an hour. We decided to call the resort and check what was happening. We were informed that someone from the Narbona Winery had to take us, that no one from Hyatt would come (and they are only ten minutes away from each other).
눇Breakfast was amazing (try the scrambled eggs), facilities such as spa and the outdoor pool were great and the restaurant staff was simply the best!
