United States of AmericaThe food was very good. Our main complaint was that the condo unit appreared to not have been updated since the condo was built. There was rust on the side of the frig and the refrigerator unit seemed like it was overdue for a new one. There was also no microwave. The water faucet in the shower was barely working and it was so hard to turn on/off that I had to have my husband adjust it for me before I could get in the shower.. The location of the unit was really good - the third unit down from the front office. - I would recommend that building.

United States of AmericaWe did not have wi-fi at all during our stay. The room was some what outdated in the design like the kitchen cabinets and the doors to the closet. Did not care for the constant shuttle service to and from the lobby. Did not like the stairs along the resort. The stairs were steep and not real pleasant to walk on. I did not like that there was not a warm snack bar at the lobby area. I also did not like that there was no taxi service collaboration in place. For example, taxi to and from the air port is every 30 minutes, or to Red Hook every 30 minutes.
I like the location of the resort and the ocean views. I liked that there were restaurants on the resort premises. I like that the room was clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaIt was very misleading for the room that you would get. I booked a well furnished room with a great view but when I check d in I was told it was not available. I even called the resort a few days prior checking in my room and as told I would get the once I booked. Then I was asked to take a room without a covered balcony only. I refused this and the staff gave us another room with a covered balcony but it was poorly furnished and very outdated. That was so dissqppointing to me. Phones did not work so if you needed help you could not reach the office. The air conditioning was not cooling the entire place but just the bedroom.

Beautiful views, big studio with terrace and sea view, great staff. The snorkel beach is a great spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. Always a spot at the pools (often there was nobody) and the bar of shoreline.

Back up flashlight in bedroom closet didn’t have battery’s ( the island lost power 3 separate times during our stay) Heard broken glass late at night during the longest power outage contacted security but never saw anyone show up to check it out. Pretty sure while the power was out the building next to ours was broken into, pretty sure it was younger teens as we watched them scurry away after the glass broke.
Beautiful Ocean Views from the hilltop villa balcony every morning & evening. Peaceful and a great get away spot for a couple. We enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves in the morning. Both restaurants on the property serve great food ( we utilized both location multiple times during our stay) Staff was supper friendly and helpful. Coki beach was a short cab ride way from the lobby.
