We booked a last minute trip and didn't realize that most restaurants require reservations so our options outside the resort were very limited.

The relaxed atmosphere. The amenities. Three staff and other guest were very friendly and multiple guests told us they've been coming back for many years. The sunsets were beyond beautiful.

Seating for dinner was usually a problem. The hostesses, when reservations were made (and I made them every time), would usually not seat us at one of the tables we preferred, even if they was empty. When questioned, she would say it was reserved for a different party. So then I thought that I could request a certain table when making reservations. Well, that never worked either. That was quite disappointing. After several attempts to be seated where we wanted to be sat, I gave up and started going to other "amenable" places for dinner. I'm not willing to "bribe" the hostess. I think that may have been what was required. Our only Black Mark!

As advertised, breakfasit was continental. Oranges, Apples, hard-boiled eggs, bread, coffee & tea. This was provided in the lobby which you took back to your suite. But weekend brunches were served in the dining area and was wonderful. The Benedict Specials were the best Benedicts I've ever had at a restaurant... they riveled my own, and that's saying something! all the food was very good. The beach service was excellent! I love the smallness of this lovely boutique hotel!

Only staying 2 weeks...

We had an amazing time,2023 was not good for us and they were just what we needed to start off 2024. We got to reset our priorities in the best environment.Not only was the staff outstanding,but the food was amazing. We will recommend to everyone.We made great friends. I had an unfortunate accident the first full day there,but everyone was so kind,asking me daily how I was and even had a pair of crutches for me to borrow. We can not say enough amazing things about EVERYONE!!

Sunday there seemed to be alot of drinking but I guess you can't really help that. But in the pool? We would not stay on a Sunday again.

The breakfast was just ok. The room and pool and beach were excellent. The weather cooperated. We loved the restaurant and the drag show. We felt safe and loved the friendly staff. We miss it.

Restaurant closed 1 night for a wedding. That was a little disappointing.

Location is great, though the beach in Frederiksted can always use a little more sand. I LOVE 24 hr swimming since the pools don't close. Staff is always friendly.

The staff was super, treated me like family and really cared about my needs and did the most to go out of their way to make sure my stay was the very best.

The only issue we had were the walls were thin. We had a room located by the lobby so we could hear every single person coming and going from extremely late at night to very early in the morning for breakfast. Also there was a group close to us that would come in super late yelling and laughing. Which is fine minus the fact the walls were so thin it was like they were in our room at 2am/3am.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Location was perfect and right on the beach. Literally just a few steps from the bar/patio to the water. They offered free use of snorkel gear which we used everyday. The water was so clear and you could see fish just a few feet into the water.

This is the most beautiful place on earth, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. THE OWNERS ARE AMAZING. GREAT FOOD. Very nice rooms, and extremely comfortable and very clean. Breathe taking views. THIS IS THE MOST AMAZING PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED!

It’s remote, if not renting a car, you have to rely on local taxi, which may take approximately 15-30 minutes to get to you, depending on the taxi service. Some areas, like going to the Louie & Nachos Bar Restaurant, I highly recommend not to go there for drinks and meal at night. staying at the property has a outdoor dining area but closes at 8:30 PM.

Clean, relaxing, quiet, and staff friendly. In addition, the guests are friendly and say whatever the greeting of the day is.
