Brilliant place to stay in Hoi An. Vicky was the most wonderful host and made the stay really special. Always so friendly and willing to help with anything. Gave recommendations on places to go and how to avoid tourist traps. Even gave us fruit and banh mi sandwiches when we were leaving. Could not recommend highly enough

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the busy streets but in a quiet area. We felt very looked after and cared for during our stay. Vicky went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and helped us with any questions and booking of activities. The hotel was very clean and we really liked our room. We loved our time in Hoi An and this hotel played a big part in that! P.S. we really appreciated the banh mi that we were given before we left to the airport ❤️

Really friendly host (Vickynhu) she cared a lot of everything and give us useful tips for sightseeing and traveling. Place is close enough from centre but not to close to hear the loudness of partying shops/streets

It’s a little bit noisy from the bridge across the street. But mainly during the daytime. Ask for a room that is not facing the street ;)

There is some noise from the bridge nearby - lots of motorbikes driving over clanky metal plates, but it’s much less busy at night and didn’t bother us - just worth noting if you’re a light sleeper to ask for a room at the back!

Nothing! Everything was great!

The best part of this stay is the hotel manager, she is so kind and helpful- we couldn’t have been more pleased with her friendly attitude and support in Hoi An. She is very knowledgeable and helped us to book a wonderful cooking class as well as a taxi on the last day. We also had laundry done here which was a fair price and came out very clean and fresh! Location is fantastic- 10 minute walk to the old town. The pool is nicely maintained and the rooms were cleaned daily- Vicky (the host) and her husband do all the cleaning themselves which is a tremendous effort! Would recommend for anyone in Hoi An- a great, welcoming place to stay!

Everything was perfect

Very clean and comfortable room with spectacular river views, good bed, hot water everything was perfect. Great location near the ancient town. Vicky was very helpful, she arranged us airport pickup and motorbike rental at a good price. Would definitely recommend BLan Riverside villa to anyone planning to visit Hoi An.

Nothing, it was beautiful!

By far the best thing about the place was Vickynhu (the lady owning and running the hotel). We arrived late on a Monday but she was so welcoming. We got to sit in the reception while she gave us tips on what we should do there and the best tailors to visit. She also warned us about different ways people try to scam tourists so we were aware about what to look for Really nice hotel both inside and outside. The pool outside was clean and we could also sit outside to play cards The room was much bigger than we expected and with hight hygiene standards! The balcony was nice to, we had view over a nice park and could also see the river going through the city By far the best thing about the place was Vickynhu (the lady owning and running the hotel)

Such a nice little villa style homestay, in a scenic and quiet location beside the river. There is a great pool (cleaned every week), very comfortable rooms and beds and strong air conditioning. This is a great spot to stay to be out of the main tourist area, still only 10 min walk to the centre but with rural views and lots of very friendly locals. There are several small local hangouts right across from the Villa where you can relax in a hammock and watch the river flow by. Vickynhu is such a wonderful, kind woman and helped me so much with booking the most authentic tours for the best prices. She even went out of her way to surprise me with a Bahn My for breakfast before leaving early in the morning. Thank you so much Vickynhu and your family. Enjoy your flowers!!

There is a metal bridge for motorbikes near the property which makes some noise but as long as you wear earbuds/earplugs you can't hear it. Vicky also said the government will be changing the bridge soon to fix this issue.

The best thing about our stay was Vicky, the owner herself. Very hospitable, and she attends to your every needs. Our driver was cancelled last minute but Vicky swooped in to help us call another for the same price. Very thankful to her. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the basic necessities, the same as in the pictures. I would say give this stay a chance as it is valued for money.

Nothing, all was nearly perfect !

Room and pool were great. Location just perfect: nice and quiet, near the river. Within walking distance of the old town. Especially the hostess was amazing ! Super friendly, helped a lot with getting things organized and knows the ins and outs of the region perfectly. Highly recommended !!!

Vicky has been so welcoming and friendly! They Made sure that everything was taken care of and she assisted us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. We had a great stay and we were sad to leave :( Definitely recommend!

Vickyhu looked after my sister and I exceptionally. She was so hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed, including transport to/from the airport, making teas for us when we were sick and always had a smile on her face.

The owner was the sweetest, most warm-hearted and welcoming host we ever met. She told us a lot about things to do in Hoi An and tourist traps. She welcomed us with water and always smiled. She even let us use the pool and shower the whole day after checking out. The room was very clean and had a lot of space. The location is perfect because it’s close to the city centre but not in the touristy area. It was an awesome experience! Thank you so much!

The only thing we didn't like was not stopping longer!

We had such a lovely time here, super comfy beds, a great pool and amazing location but by far the highlight for us was the accommodating and hard working staff that go above and beyond to help you. We even got a free breakfast waiting for us in our taxi to the airport honestly couldn't rate this place highly enough. Thanks for everything!
