Takes a bit of time to have the hot water, but it's fine as long as you are patient for about 5 to 7 minutes. At the end of the day, letting the water run like that it's their loss, not yours.

I liked the attitude of the workers.Free morning buffet between 6:30 and 9:30.Apparently they also provide free transportation to the airport at the end of the stay. Free bottle of water per person per day. They properly provided a cot for my little one.They do change the bedsheets if asked. The front desk staff is able to speak English.

We spent three nights at the Hanoi La Palm Premier Hotel & Spa and I want to start off by saying that everyone working there was great. Constantly asking if we needed anything, arranging some rides for us, taking care of laundry and spa services, extra towels . . .whatever we wanted, they supplied. This is a very comfortable hotel with clean rooms in a great location. Also, considering how noisy some of the streets in Hanoi can be, the room was quiet and very comfortable. I believe that new people are now running this hotel and they are doing everything right! Just an all-around lovely stay . . . good breakfast . . . great location . . . just a great place at very reasonable rates!

Hospitality of the staff. It was super awesome. It's a small property but neat and clean. Very good value for money. It's also located right in old quarters area and very close to lake, , night market and some good restaurants. The staff was very helpful and could help with recommendations for places to eat, drink and shop.

For our first few days, despite booking a triple room they clearly put us in a regular room and just squeezed an extra bed in for our son. For our last night we were in a proper triple room which had a proper bed for him and was a bit more spacious, which was nicer. Wish we had been given the proper triple room that we booked for our original stay.

Good location, in the busy old quarter, very close to the lake, yet somehow didn’t feel quite as hectic and noisy as some of the other streets. Staff was very friendly, and they had no problem with us leaving our bags for a night while we went to Ha Long Bay. Rooms were clean, beds were fairly comfortable and shower was hot and strong. Would stay again!

breakfast good quility. But service time only 6.30-9.30 hrs. We travel to many country that save till 10.30 hrs. Location good can walk to many place but area road closed some time when we arrival road was closed that we have to walk out from taxi with bag to hotel.

Water wasn't as hot as I would like in the shower but it was OK, especially because it was pretty hot and humid. A bit of mold in the nooks and crannies of the bathroom but nothing major.

Very good location. Walking distance from main attractions in the old quarter. Staff was amazing and really helpful and pretty good value for the price. Got a free room upgrade. They are trying to rebuild after COVID-19 hit them hard.

All was good as expected.

The location was great! Right in the old quarter, close to all night life by walking distance. We walked to the night market, the train street, and multiple amazing restaurants from here. The hotel is refurbished and the breakfast was good with many options. The staff at the lobby were great, especially Camille as she was a great host , recommended multiple things and made us welcome from the moment we arrived.

Only complaint was the bathroom. The shower area doesn't seal in water and so the whole floor tends to get wet.
