Perfect location at the heart of The Old Quarter but less of the noise and bustling sounds of motorbikes and bus. Anna,the receptionist was very friendly, helpful and supportive of our journey. The other staff members were courteous, honest and quick to respond to simple requests.

The double exchange rate, when exchanging my dollars. It cost me quite some money.

How helpful the staff and especially Walkie was with arranging the HaGiang loop and the HaLong bay cruise. I can highly recommend the company Johnny Trang if you are considering the HaGiang loop. Nice guides, smaller groups.

Bathroom was a bit tired with broken toilet seat and shower that didn’t drain quick enough, causing the shower water to flood out. Wasn’t a huge problem though. Still loved the hotel.

The bathroom was a little dated and due to the large windows at the front of the hotel the room was a bit noisy.

Amazing location for exploring Hanoi. The bed was very comfy and hotel staff we great and very accommodating for our late arrival at the hotel.

Street facing room was very loud. The windows didn’t seem to shut tight so felt like you were sitting outside on the busy intersection every night.

First night we had to share because of a problem with 1 room and it was lat and we all wanted separate rooms. Transport was booked through the hotel to SaPa. This was not at all comfortable for 4 older women and the driver spoke no English.

Bed comfortable. Close to things. Clean Did what they could to fix the problem with room and accommodated financially. Anna did try to help and was gracious

While showering the hot water ran out quickly.

Our rooms were great, quite large and spacious, with nice details. The balconies were cute, and we could see over the street which was enjoyable. Breakfast had nice choices, all the cooked breakfasts were fabulous! We think they made the best omelettes. The location was great, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and plenty of places to eat near by. Anna was very helpful with organising everything and anything we needed, and she booked our train from Ninh Binh to Hue without any problems. Anna also offered her help at any point during our month long trip around Vietnam, which was very lovely and comforting.

Start to finish, staff were excellent ! English speaking and very helpful with directions and tours. Property was in the heart of the very busy Old Quarter…traffic noise started around 5am till 9ish which only consisted of toots as the hotel was located on a corner. We still slept well the noise wasn’t that bad. Beds were really comfy, all clean. nice decor. Good tv. Fridge and safe. Breakfast was included which was adequate. Great location, near train street, markets, all services, steet restaurants everywhere. Only half from airport.. grab taxis easy to order, cyclos available too. Easy to get everywhere by foot but busy as hell walking the roads…
