Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandThis was the perfect stop over hotel. At the airport but no flight noise. Great pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. (We didn't have breakfast) Free airport shuttle made arrival and departure easy. Great views from the roof top bar.

AustraliaThe hotel provides tea and a hot water urn but no coffee - I can not believe it! Vietnam is famous for coffee and the coffee culture, but the IBIS can not provide 2 sachets of "3 in 1" coffee? A disgrace in my opinion. (I asked room service - but he said NO!)
Great location near the internatioanl airport and a free shuttle bus. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for 2 people.

United KingdomThe rooftop pool was a great addition, except it felt forgotten by staff and smelt of stagnant water possibly even sewage on the morning I swam in it. Do not take the stairs as they are for emergencies only and all the doors lock securely behind you except the one on the ground floor. This is obviously for security but is very very dangerous indeed. Go through to the stairs on say the 16th floor and you are trapped and have to climb down every floor to escape!!!!! Be warned.
The location near the airport was convenient but we did have to scale several fences and walk across busy roundabouts to get to it. (Not recommended) The room was clean and spacious and a welcome refuge after a long haul flight. It is conveniently situated next to a Seven/Eleven convenience store which are few and far between in Vietnam. Also next door is a Airport Shopping Mall which does not have many shops in it yet, but on the top floor are a selection of eateries with communal seating for eating. The staff were friendly and efficient. The shuttle bus was great although we missed it on arrival hence the early morning Jaywalking.

AustraliaThe timber bed frame as I cut my leg on the sharp corner, and after a month, it has finally heeled and bruising has nearly gone completely.
Proximity to the airport and having someone meet you and take you to the free shuttle bus to hotel. Also free shuttle bus from hotel to airport was good.

South KoreaThe bathroom was VERY small. Also, they had run out of towels at the rooftop pool and they weren't replenished while we were there. However, the view of the runways from the pool were a highlight! The room-darkening shades are great, except that they don't fully cover the sides of the window. Extending the shades on both sides would work to make the room completely dark!
Proximity to the airport is second-to-none, and the ability for our entire family to stay in one room (4 persons) was a huge bonus. The bunk bed was a winner with kids, as well as the airport view from the room. They are very well set up with room service food, breakfast buffet, etc. for quick stopovers - highly recommend!

United States of AmericaWe were met by a hotel rep at the airport. We had to walk to the international terminal for the shuttle. The rep didn't call the shuttle until we had finished walking. Then we had to wait at least 10 more minutes. I wish he had called when we started walking because I was already tired after traveling all day.
Very convenient for a place to sleep near the airport. Basic room. Free Shuttle service to/from airport.
