Very comfortable and clean hotel, very well located at the Westlake district of Hanoi. The staff is friendly and the restaurants offer a variety of delicious food. This hotel is an excellent choice for those in Hanoi either on business or vacation.

It's a bit outside of Hanoi so if you want to stay central maybe not the best option.

Breakfast here is huge, so many choices. You also have 3 restaurants and a pool bar as well. The prices were amazing for all this as well. The pool area is amazing and the sunset bar is great for a drink. The rooms were a great size with huge bathrooms and a balcony. The staff were great.

For a 5-star hotel, I find it hard that the restaurant has limited sauces to add to their food.

Pollution. Smog all over the sky. Dusty roads due to construction and reconstruction as well as traffic. It is very sad. Hotel was good but unfortunately we did not enjoy the city air.

Breakfast was very good. Superb variety including demonstration of local food that changes everyday during the weekend. Sunset bar was nice with beautiful view. Rooms are spacious. Staff are all very polite and warm. It was a good idea to stay away from the busy old quarter.

Excellent breakfast with a massive range on offer. We took up the all inclusive offer to use the leisure facilities and club lounge and this was also excellent.

Way too humid because you are in the lake. Dehumidifier can’t clear the air and the aircon is too old

Views from my ground-floor overwater room weren't quite as glamorous as expected, looking at the grubby side-wall of the adjacent golf driving range. Also needed to keep the curtains closed in a couple of side windows for security and privacy.

Comfortable rooms, good facilities, great breakfast, helpful staff, overall very user-friendly, and a 15-minute cab ride into Central Hanoi.

There was major construction going on and our cab was literally 1 minute from the hotel when he got lost (coming from Halong Bay) - he missed the turn because of the construction and it took another entire hour to get to the hotel. We finally got out and walked the last bit as the car was not moving. Left the next morning at 4:45 am for airport and had no trouble then with getting out. Had dinner at Milano which had horrible pizza - no basil on a Margarita? Overpriced and mediocre. Not a place to stay for touring the city.

Place is huge - they drive you around in golf carts!. Nice bar and we had a fantastic upgrade basically to a 2 bedroom apartment with a washing machine/dryer. Great bathroom with wonderful lighting. Beautiful view on the lake.

The asian type restaurant´s decoration, furniture and menue would profit a lot from a careful renovation to reflect the beauty of this country.

The location of the hotel provides the guests a romantic and calm stay, although the nearby surrounding is very lively with timewise tremendous traffic. The staff is extraordinary friendly, always helpful looking for the best solutions to satisfy the guests needs.

It is best that you inform guests near the pool area in the evenings to be quiet as sound travels and some people are drunk and loud

Very fancy hotel. Good views of the lake, especially in the evening. Room very well equipped and the bathroom was huge! Very wide firm bed. Dehumidifier in the room if needed. Good location for the West Lake area but quite a walk to the Old Quarter. Better restaurant options in the Old Quarter.

Access issues walking around the surrounds. A lot of road construction going on during our stay but shouldn’t be an issue in future.

Stayed 8 nights in an over-water room. The breakfast buffet is huge, the restaurants are good & the Sunset Bar is a great place to spend a chilled evening watching the sunset. Can’t recommend this place enough.
