When we entered the room there was a bad smell and we found out the blankets were smelling bad. We asked to get them changed and they changed them quickly.

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the city center and it's really quiet. The staff is nice and helped us book the sleeper bus from Sa Pa to Hanoi.

The bathroom and balcony were tiny. Functional - but given the massive room size - they could have made both larger. Breakfast is only from 7-9 so we didn't get to try it because we never get up before 9.

Good spot, wonderful staff who even helped us to gain medicine when my husband was unwell. Breakfasts were yummy. Bed was comfy and the water was hot.. I say this because some of the places we stayed at we encountered cold showers.

In our room, bathroom drainage has a problem thus it makes the floor always wet.

Staff goes beyond expectations to assist guests like us. The location is very near the centre so no difficulty in going around town.

The weather is often cold, rainy and foggy in the Sapa region in March, so warm clothes is needed. Luckily the hotel had heating in the rooms.

The room was very big and comfortable, the shower was separated from toilet with a glass. The balcony had a nice view of the main square. The hotel staff at the reception was very helpful in arranging the bus transportation and excursions in Sapa region, as well as helping us with getting taxi. The breakfast was very good, and the location very central and convenient. We very much appreciated that they let us use the room after the chuckout time, as the weather was rainy and cold on that day.

It’s a very small thing …noodles breakfasts were great, fruit was great, coffee was fine, but the cook should learn about people’s preferences with eggs and be able to deliver a soft fried egg, an easy over fried egg or an omelette. V. important to many tourists.

Staff upgraded us to a great room with a view without a blink. They were helpful throughout. The views were splendid and we came back for an extra night after trekking. The rooms were clean, tasteful and staff consistently helpful.

It was perfect for our needs.

We booked this as a stopover room after our Fanispan hike and before our 11pm sleeper/night bus, so we technically only needed the room for a few hours. It had everything we needed, nice hot shower and comfortable bed. We were able to get our taxi to drop off our luggage there and it was waiting. Everything was clean and similar to photos. Balcony overlooked the central town. Location was GREAT - we wanted to be in the city since we only had a few hours. Rooms are a bit older but it was clean and easy to find and the management seems really invested in being accommodating. Staff - Mr Loi - was super friendly (probably the friendliest reception that we've encountered). Even though English was sparse so we communicated exclusively over Google Translate. He helped us arrange a lift and was always available. Perfect budget room.

The one who assisted us was the owner's brother and he was very kind and very very accommodating. Language barrier was not a problem even though we used translators but all messages were conveyed clearly. He was very helpful in many ways. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

When you shower the whole bathroom is turning complete wet and it won’t dry. The bathroom has a very humid and moldy smell. The cleaning could have been done better. There was an elektricity problem in our room, there were sparks and smoke coming out of a broken wall. We think because of all the water in the bathroom. We noticed this on our last day and felt a bit unsafe. We told the staff and they responded very quick.

The staff was really friendly!! Eventhough they can’t speak english, communicating with them was very easy with google translate. The breakfast was good and a lot of options. The hotel was in a very convenient spot on walking distance from the main things. The rooms were big.

The hotel struggles with damp (most likely due to the climate in Sapa) so mould can be seen on some walls and the bedding felt a little wet. But looking at reviews, this is an issue everywhere in Sapa

Our initial room wasn’t the cleanest but the staff quickly helped us to change rooms/ apologised for the error. Couldn’t fault the service for the rest of the stay and breakfast was great. Hotel nicely located at the top of Sapa, good showers and comfy beds. They even gave us bracelets as a little gift when we left. Would stay again

Motorbike supplied very old.

Our room 701 was a great size, over looking the mountains and city, a cute balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Perfect to sit with a beer and look at the amazing view. It has a steep climb to reach but we just hired a motorbike.
