Only negative was the pillows, they were fluffy but hollow! Pictures showed a toaster in the kitchen, but no toaster!!!

Very happy with 3 bedroom apartment, came complete with 6 chairs at the table, all the amenities we needed, plenty of crockery and cutlery (except only 2 bowls) serviced daily, with a lovely pool, and friendly staff. Lifts were fast and efficient, Location was great, easy walking to several attractions. Had a problem with the aircon, when I advised front reception the maintenance guy was at my room before I could even get back....great response.

It was a grab ride to the city centre but only minimal like $2.

The 2 bedroom apt was huge and had everything you needed and more. Great pool and access to a big supermarket out the back.

The location was good, not too far from the centre. The apartment was very clean, the washing machine and dryer very handy after ten days of travelling. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. And last but not least the facilities which included a pool, a gym, table tennis, foosball, a pool table, gaming room and a play room for smaller kids were excellent! Thank you very much.

There was some renovation going on, starting in the morning till late noon. The drilling and knocking noises were slightly unpleasant.

The room is fantastic, clean and away from traffic noise. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenware, washer and dryer, towels and toiletries.

The apartment is very spacious, great facilities, location and staff were very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room everyday. It is in a very good location, easy to go around the city.

Everything was gold standard. Clearly 5 star worthy. The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend for anyone needing to stay in central Saigon. There is a supermarket only minutes walk and the espresso served in the restaurant was by far the best I had in my 2 weeks in Vietnam.

Very expensive breakfast in local terms (10€), especially considering the selection offered. Yes, it is a 5 star hotel reflected in the price, but then the offering has to be on that standard as well. Also, during our two weeks trip in Vietnam this was the only place where we all felt our stomach hurt after the breakfast.

Warm welcome on arrival - lovely, clean hotel. Staff were always very helpful. Comfortable room (2 bedroom apartment) with everything available to you. Very good food and very good value. Excellent room service. Lovely pool and again, very helpful staff. The shuttle bus was very convenient and comfortable.

This is our favourite place every time we visit Saigon, it's close to the city and has all the facilities that we enjoy. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and we will continue to do so in the future. We stayed at 11I and loved it. It was spacious and accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. Sherwood Residence is very clean and spacious, please keep it up!
