Great hotel. Very friendly staff- especially Yen who always was willing to help. Nice rooms, pool are and breakfast. Quiet location- 15 minutes easy walk to chaotic old town - 5 minutes in taxi if you prefer. Good little restaurant across the road.

The shower water went everywhere. There seems to be a piece missing to adjust the shower head and the design of the set in tub leaves no where for the water to go but onto the floor

Quiet street, quiet hotel - I haven't heard a family with two kids that lived next door. Nice breakfast and clean pool. Free bikes to ride around the rice fields that are super close, just as the old town and all significant places of interest. Also it's a rare occurrence when the room actually looks more spacious irl than on photos. Staff is extra helpful and accommodating.

Location was closer to the beach than to old town but still slightly in limbo, we had to get Grabs everywhere which isnt a problem but does come out of the budget. They are still doing work on the hotel, so it was quite loud at points.

We had a great stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and they upgraded us to a bigger room on arrival. It was a very quiet location and the restaurant opposite - tintins - was great, we ate there twice.

Beautiful clean spacious room with balcony overlooking the pool. It's on a lovely street with a lovely restaurant and a very helpful convenience store. There's plenty around and a quick taxi into the old town costs less than £2 . Would highly recommend a stay here. The staff are so friendly, helpful and really go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be.

Occasional loud noise from rooms above and next to ours as chairs etc were dragged across the floor. Also be aware that there are no credit card facilities and you may be asked for part payment midway through longer stays, which is understandable

Friendly and helpful, reception staff in Phuong and Yen. Great location between the Old Town (about a 15-20 minute walk), and beautiful An Bang Beach Superior room, with balcony overlooking the pool and street, was spacious and well equipped with good aircon, overhead fan, comfy single beds, and a bath with wall shower (water was always hot which was great). Free use of bikes Close to several good restaurants and mini marts; thoroughly recommend Rosies Cafe, just around the corner, for a delicious, fresh, cheap breakfast. Note: We opted to exclude the breakfast option from our room rate, knowing that the hotel hasn't resumed it's pre-covid buffet breakfast.  Big clean pool with plenty of lounges and umbrellas Good, reliable WIFi, throughout the hotel

A little pricey compared to others we stayed at with similar facilities.

Staff were great. Pool is big and plenty of sun lounges. A bit of a walk into town but the peace and quiet at night made it worth while. Bicycles avaliable just book them early.

The room and the pool were. perfect, the free bike is so useful, best way for visiting the city and the beach. The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful, great experience!
