The lift seemed to be problematic during the rush hours. It didn't stop at the level where we lived. The complimentary water bottles provided in the room were a bit small. I think a walk-in shower is better than a bathtub in the toilet.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment precinct, major attractions in the city and the park near the perfume river. The breakfast had many choices, staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was excellent. The staff also came to the main entrance to say bye to us during our departure. It was a warm gesture from them.

Was not happy with the motorcycle parking arrangements. The bellman moved my bike arbitrarily, for no apparent reason. Wasnt happy to find that my bike had been moved into an alley. The staff claimed it had been done because of the walking street on the night of my stay, but there were many other bikes parked on the street. They seemed not to understand my complaint

The room was very light and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent: huge choice/variety and as much as you wanted. The location was great; easy access to river front and walk across bridge to imperial City etc. The hotel is surrounded by a choice of good cafes and restaurants. Over the Friday and Saturday eve there was music near by but this did not affect our good nights sleep.

A little outdated pool with cold water but if the weather was better it might be ok. The staff gave us really bad exchange rate from USD when we were booking our driver.

There aren't as many restaurants in the near vicinity as there are in other parts of the city

Staff were very helpful and courteous The breakfast was excellent with amazing views of the city from the twelfth floor dining area. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the Imperial Citadel. However, this comes with some noise at night so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast isn't that great but in general I think buffet breakfast are not always that good anyways.

The staff was super friendly! They helped us with transport and recharging sim card. The room was clean. Spacious shower and hot water. If you take a long shower, the next person maybe don't get it as hot. The hotel is at a very good location. In the middle of a street with lots of restaurants and bars.

At first I was a bit concerned when I pulled up in the taxi, but as soon as I checked in my worries were dispelled, really friendly welcome from reception staff, especially Cong, brought to the room with a nice city view and looking towards the perfume river above the rooftops, and the hotel is very well located, almost on walking street, the biggest satisfaction was with the really lovely breakfast, lots of vegetarian options, fruit, good coffee and Juice, all in all a great start to the day in this little gem of a hotel,

We didn’t mind much. The hotel was undergoing some renovation and repair work while we were there, which caused some disturbance and a bit of dust in the lobby, but they tried hard to keep us cozy and were constantly cleaning. So we were fine with it. The shower water can get extremely hot (in no time) so watch out - this needs to be fixed by maintenance. It would also be nice if they’d switch from tiny disposable shampoos to more eco-friendly, reusable bottles.

We loved our spacious and cozy room with a massive king-size bed. It was very relaxing. We had a beautiful view of the river from our window. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including a soup and egg station. The hotel was in a prime location on the walking street, which was lively and fun on the weekends. There was some noise, but it didn’t bother us much and it stopped soon. We had a great time exploring the walking street. The reception also offered us a convenient service of renting an automatic scooter at a fair price. We enjoyed riding around the city and seeing the sights.
