The balcony is shared by several rooms, so the guests of the other rooms can also sit outside the window of your room. Anyway, the town of Muine itself is very boring, there is nothing to do besides eating and drinking.

Very clean, well organized, perfect location at Mui Ne. The street is peaceful. Great place to park motorcycle. Comfortable bed with own balcony. The price is super reasonable. I'm very satisfied.

Mattress is wrapped in plastic, so it's squeaky and hot when you sleep. It's also very hard. When asked at the reception, I was told all the rooms are like that. Balcony is shared with 2 other rooms.

For the price, it's a great place. Other than being cheap, doesn't offer anything.

- it was a bit hard to tell if the A/C is working/turned on most of the time - not sure if the water dispenser is available for the guests as it’s located in the area dedicated to the staff (below ground floor) - duvet could be a bit bigger :) - soap not provided (only a few samples of shampoo)

- large bed - solid wifi - balcony with a nice sea view (although our balcony was shared - not as advertised on Booking.com) - can do laundry for 25k per kilo (ready for pick-up the next day) - great price/value ratio! - there’s a fridge on the second floor which we were able to use 😇

Nice location, not far from restaurant and main road, our room was quite big, stuff helpful if something is broken they tried to fix it immediately, laundry and motorbike service is there also.

What they advertised as sofabed was nothing more then a large chair (length ~1,20m, width ~60cm). No way this counts as sleeping opportunity. Kitchen was quite dirty and pans, dishes etc in bad shape. Only one small blanket for 2 people. Not many interesting things around

Price, location, cleanliness, strong Wifi, hot water. Of course, it's the cheapest place you can find in whole Vietnam, so you have to setup the expectations accordingly.

They want to keep your passport during the stay. Eventually he was okay with keeping my drivers license which is still really weird but okay. We need to trust them with our passport which is the most important thing as a traveler while they apparently don't trust us with the room when we don't give our passport. Weird policy. If you are okay with this you will have a lovely stay.

The room is big enough. You have a small balcony and the bathroom is just what you need. The bed is really comfortable.

There was no electric kettle and chair in the room. And it was a bit weird that they asked to keep the passport at the reception till check out. Thankfully the guy agreed to make do with my Indian ID

The location is simply amazing. The sea can be seen from the balcony of the room as well as the common balcony. The room and the bed are comfortable. To have a good air-conditioned dwelling to come back to in the hot afternoon of Mui Ne is a blessing. Thankfully the staff speaks a little English. It is extremely quiet, given the fact that it is a 2 minutes walk from the busy main street of Mui Ne with all the eateries and cafes. While there is no ticketing or motorbike rental facility at the hotel, the receptionist guided me to the right location.

Our stay was perfect

Excellent value for money! The hotel was so clean and the bed was so comfy. The room was spacious and filled with light, the bathroom was also good. There was a free water filling station, so you could get as much water as you liked. AC and fan worked perfectly. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, helping us find close beaches and they organised our entire day trip to the sand dunes and surrounding areas, which was incredible! The hotel is close to shops and many good restaurants, I couldn’t recommend it more

The dorm room is terrible compared to other ones in Hue, Saigon,... The upper bed is closed to the ceiling so when I laid down, my face was about to hit the air conditioner. And the bathroom is inside so it'll be noisy if someone use toilet. The shower is almost broken.
