The only small thing in our room was the morning sun.

The host was just wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. She gave some great tips for food and drinks. Also the Mr. Rot secret tour is wonderful

Tran and her sister were lovely, as was their new puppy, Boi! The Villa is very pretty, surrounded by gorgeous bonsai trees in a good location near the centre of Da Lat. The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean, and they have a cute snack room honour system which was very nice.

We didn’t have any faults

We had the most amazing stay at villan pink. Yuma was incredible, so like warm and friendly. She helped us with all our transport. Gave us great recommendations locally. She let us check in early and later. She also had the most beautiful puppy. The area is quiet and good walking distance from main sites. Great value for money, everything was clean.

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely everything. Beautiful big rooms with extra hot showers. Mostly our host was the most beautiful lady. She helped with bus bookings and advice as to great eateries. My daughter was sick & she made her lemon & honey drinks. As we departed she had fruit for our journey. Would 1000% stay here again even if it is just to see the resident poodle Boi.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Pink House. Tran made sure I had access to my room and could check in when my bus arrived at Dalat at 3.30am. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable!

About the hotel and Staff nothing,it can be a drag walking up the hill but it's not that bad,if I can do it at my age most people will be able too..

The most friendly staff we had in 3 week of Vietnam. Additionally the location of the hotel is great to Explore the City by walking. Grandma will make you lough every morning, thats a huge Benefit :)

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Pink, the rooms are quiet, have a balcony and renovated bathrooms. The staff is very nice and helped us rent a scooter and book a sleeping bus. The hotel is located very near the center but on a quiet street. Very good value :)

Could not find a fault with this hotel. The staff are super nice... They helped us in any way they could by answering our questions and providing us with cheap and reliable motorbike hire. Both the two girls and the guy on reception at night were lovely. The beds are the most comfortable ones we've slept on in Vietnam and the room was really big and spotlessly clean. Wifi worked amazing and the location is ideal.. Just a short walk from many shops and restaurants. We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4...highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel is really clean, but not modern - this didn’t bother us, we liked the old fashioned style. Apart from that - there’s nothing we didn’t like!!

The location is really good, next to everything and really quiet - a haven away from the mad traffic in the city centre. The gardens are beautiful to sit and relax. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and can arrange tours and buses or taxi for onward travel and they also speak very good English. The room was very clean with a kettle and fridge and the beds were really comfortable too. The shower is possibly the best we’ve had in 6 months travelling across Asia, powerful and with loads of hot water. If we return to Da Lat we would definitely stay here.

I didn't care for the wet shower. But definitely not a deal breaker.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. English speaking. No breakfast is offered. They helped us book tours and taxis. We would recommend Mr Rot's secret tour. The room was basic but very clean. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Nothing that I can think of. Maybe the minimum of 2kgs for laundry.

The cleanest and best condition room I can recall staying in. Spotless. Also a very comfortable and pleasant place to be. Great bathroom too. Hot water and a good size. Friendly staff. Somewhere to park my motorcycle. A lovely, convenient location. An unpretentious, good value yet classy small hotel.

Very friendly and helpful service at the reception. They took care of booking tours, bus tickets and renting a motorbike for us. Laundry service was fast and good. Our room was light, clean and welcoming, so that we felt very comfortable during our stay. On the balcony we could enjoy the sun. The location is great, as you are in walking distance to many places, but still it is rather quiet at night.
