We had an amazing time at Vinpearl, and wish we had stayed longer! The staff went above and beyond for us, including assisting us to arrange an early airport transfer even providing breakfast boxes for us. Huey who was working at the lobby door was delightful to speak with, and provided us with great advice about the resort, Vinwonders as well as a brief history on Nha Trang. He was welcoming and a great representation for the resort. The breakfast buffet and room service was delicious!

AustraliaLimited access to ATM on island. (Just outside the waterpark Vin Wonders). Room service food was a joke, but all the other food was amazing so just head downstairs don't order from your room. :)
OMG cant wait to stay here again one day. Hotel was amazing on its own but add Vin Wonders too it and it exceeded my imagination. Almost too fancy, the reception / boat system to get there was very boogie. Staff member Hugh was very friendly for a Trainee :)

United KingdomOnly small thing was a few tiles in the pool missing and some small boards around the pool needed fixing but these were only very small issues
Beautiful villa, great for relaxing, staff were great, we were always driven around the resort in a buggy if we needed to go anywhere, kids loved vinwonders and parasailing! The harbour near to the cable car station has lots of shops and restaurants, only ate in resort for breakfast which was great with lots of choices.

NetherlandsOur hot water didn't work the first day but they fixed it (not that it's really needed in the heat) 2 of the 4 restaurants were closed because it was low season so food choice was limited to an all round buffet or a Vietnamese restaurant, which was really nice. Of course you can also get the cable car to Nha Tran if you want more variety
It's an amazing, all encompassing resort. If that's your thing then this is a great place to stay. Beautiful beach, big swimmingpool, great for kids. Amusement park (extra) was really cool.

Australia- Found huge mosquitoes in the room but understandable as property is surrounded by nature. - Some pieces of decking near the pool are wobbly. Gotta be careful with the kids when they step on it.

United StatesBeing on the island felt very nice, it was very calm and peaceful. Taking the cable cars and speed boats into Nha Trang is pretty easy except sometimes it’s hard to get a Grab from the cable car station. The resort itself is very nice, it has a big pool, the beach is beautiful, and the facilities are good. There are also nice areas to walk next to the beach and next to gardens and temples. The breakfast is very good as well with multiple options. Being close to Vinwonder is very cool, I enjoyed seeing all the Vinwonder areas as they are very interesting and unique.

ThailandI cannot check-in early. I would like to buy ticket vinwonder from online because it discount 15%. But staff didn't try to help me. I think Vinwoder ticket should have Promotion for 2 days. Water park's women toilet were close that not comfortable. The restaurant in Vin wonder, name super Chicken wasn't valuable and slow so much.

United KingdomOverpriced buffet food at lunch/dinner. Ok @ approx £25 pp if you eat a lot but we don’t. Also Imperial Club next door, although part of Vin Pearl does not accept the 20% food discount which goes a long way. No shops to buy supplies and if you did bring in any food/drink items from mainland you could expect a fine. Main restaurant needs to advertise what the buffet consists of each day and most people went to bed early at night because of lack of entertainment

South KoreaPlease repair followings. 1) Broken tiles located in bottom of pool in room. We found some broken tiles of pool in our room. Fortunately, no one was hurt. But, some one can get hurt from it. 2) The door in two single beds room could not be closed well. It looks to be tilted a little. 3) Broken locks of door for terrace. In spite of these pints, I love this hotel.
