We missed out the restaurant! Will go there next time!!

Great hospitality, actually. I think it goes a long way to have sincerely "People person" leading the front, who cares about you as you come in - the complex was well kept and beautiful sites. Next time, we'll go to the premium bungalows right by the water! Restaurant, reception all very nice and maintained. The main bed was excellent, firm with no dips in the bed. Check-in, check-out was simple and easy.

The villa offers wonderful sunset views. The villa is very big which is great when you are staying with kids. We only spent a very short time here but would love to stay again.

Not a great beach, but pool is good

There's not much of a beach and snorkeling wasn't great. The sand was quite silty/muddy - great for crabs, but not much else. Some minor maintenance on the rooms is required.

We stayed in a large ocean front room with a beautiful view. The food was good and they arranged a late dinner for us as well arrived on a late flight. The bed was comfortable and amenities generally good. Staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a hire car for us and had it brought to the resort.

Certain aspects feel a bit outdated and could benefit from an uplift. Various areas around the resort seem neglected and could do with some attention and overall improvements.

Couldn’t actually swim in water out front of room. Kayak we used needed maintenance. Started taking in water as we were using it.

Over the water superior room was very comfortable with four poster bed. Really good shower.

The personal spa outside our room didnt have enough water and it didnt actually work? But that was only a minor detail and didnt affect our overall comfort

Loved the view and the cleanliness! The staff were so friendly and attentive and although our stay was only for 1 night, it is by the far the best resort we have stayed at in the 2 weeks we were in Samoa. Taumeasina Resort needs to learn from Le Vasa Resort what a clean villa looks like! Thankyou so much Le Vasa!!

Booked a villa with garden views for first two nights but it was a drab dark room extension off the reception area facing driveway. Not what we signed up for and bathroom floor leaked badly . Third and fourth nights was a deluxe over water bungalow which was 100% better.

Don't add on breakfast, waste of money just order off the menu or skip. Did their wet and wild trip which we didn't realise was so expensive but whatever. Average service overall apart from charlie and Berry they were awesome!

Lovely accommodation, very close to the airport and wharf for ferry. Easy to organise transfers, also helped with sim card on arrival. Charlie and Berry were awesome! Food was good, but average in comparison to other places we stayed.

No kids menu options. No kids life jackets. Prices on menu seemed to need updating (everything was a couple of tala more expensive). Room was only serviced on our last day (they did come one other day, but we were sleeping). Although it said kitchenette, in reality was just a fridge, sink and jug. Which was fine, but not what I'd imagined.

Loved our room, very private and beautiful surroundings. Felt intimate. Pool was a highlight for the kids, although very deep away from the steps. Friendly, helpful staff. Great options for activities.

The wait time for ordering of food and drinks was way too long. Average wait time for food was around 1 hour.

Loved the location and the fale overlooking the water. It was beautiful sitting on your balcony over the water and watching all the fish. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was really good.

The service was slow even if on “island time’ Settlement of final bill was inconsistent for what we were allowed to pay with vs. a customer day before where they could pay directly to avoid the credit card fee. We were told thag we could only pay via credit card and had to incur the fee.

Our villa was quite "tired" inside. The food was pretty average and at times the service was incredibly slow.
