UkraineRoom had a battery for heating, but it gave almost no heat, while all the heating was from the air conditioner, which made the air very dry and my lips were dry every morning. There were a couple of details in the room that ideally I shouldn't have noticed: the information book was a bit torn, the cosmetic shelf had a crack, the shelf in the shower cabin was missing, window sill was dirty from bird droppings. Tea or coffee was not renewed after cleaning. The biggest disappointment for me was the breakfast. It contained tomatoes, cucumbers, a made-to-order omelet, bread, a couple of cheeses and meats, boiled eggs, sweet pastries, fruit, yogurt, and that was it. Every morning everything was absolutely the same. It wasn't nutritious, it wasn't easy to get enough of it, not to mention that it wasn't very tasty in my subjective opinion. Once in the corridor, I came across a certificate from the Kosovo authorities on the wall, which confirms that this hotel had a 4-star category, it was valid until April 2021. In addition, many certificates and prizes won by this hotel in the previous 5-10 years. I don't know if the certificate from the authorities regarding the hotel's 4 stars has been renewed, however, they should definitely look into it, in my opinion, a cosmetic repair would definitely be in order. In conclusion, considering all the advantages of this hotel, I could forgive it all its faults, but definitely not a weak breakfast.
Friendly staff, really helped to deal with my questions, special thanks for this. Room was clean, every day 2 bottles of water were provided. Hotel located in a quiet place, although on the other side from the center you have to walk for 10-12 minutes on a bumpy surface. Modern shower cabin. Spacious room. Good price for what you can receive.

United KingdomBreakfast well let's just say it's pretty average went down and the eggs either scrambled or fried were (loads of it) on a plate just sitting there stone cold not even one hot plate I wouldn't minded even if there was a microwave Second gripe staff was attended by an older man who grabbed a yoghurt and went to a fat sort of bar part at back of breakfast room gulping it down its not like the hotel was full we looked like the only guests why not wait until we'd left it was 0900am and we were like 10 mins - coffee was Luke warm - just cheeses and abit of salad and fruit I was expecting more from a 4 star it's definitely a 3 star in my view

The hotel is nice, The staffs are quick to help, it’s easy walk (10-15mins) to the cathedral or to centre (or 2€ taxi), supermarkets are near and there is one right infront of the hotel

Fantastic hotel, rooms are very spacious, super attentive staff. Breakfast is continental, what you'd expect from a western hotel. Parking included, albeit is not covered.

GermanyThe Hotel has definitely too many stars for what it gives. The room didnt really loon like the pictures. The old and red window curtains gave the room a dark and weird look. Their was only one half toilet role. only 2 big towels for shower but no face towel and the shower(jacuzzy) was not really clean which is something we ideally expect from a hotel with such stars! the staff however was friendly and nice and helpful too. the location is close to the center and they call you taxis too!
