Lifts took long, floors were dirty, noisy people at the pool area where one just needed to enjoy the breathtaking few, i was uncomfortable.

They need to have better systems in place for checking in guests on time and not have guests wait while rooms are being cleaned well after check-in time. Some of the facilities could do with some upgrades. The pool closes way too early which was a-bit of a let down considering that the sun sets quite late. Maybe extending the closing time by 2 more hours or at least after the CPT sunset. Some of the staff were not friendly or rather just cordial- a simple hello when entering an elevator with guests would go a long way.

The breathtaking views from our lounge balcony and two of the 3 bedrooms we had were amazing. Couldn’t get enough of it. The facilities in the suites are quite up to date, comfortable and clean. There’s a restaurant within the building (although not affiliated with Aquarius) offers a damn good breakfast. Having the beach a stone throw away and the many restaurants and bars surrounding the property was very convenient.

Cleaning service could improve. We did not get towels on one day, even after requesting for some. Cleaning staff did not wash our dishes on one day.

The location and the views were amazing. Value for money. The pics are exactly like the apartment. Staff was friendly.

The parking is a tad small, even in my hatchback it felt like a mission to fit myself into it. The setup is also weird, anyone can park anywhere regardless of the number stipulated on the parking bay.

The location is amazing. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and bars. It is also walking distance from the beach. The balcony setup is great too, it’s not an “open” balcony. It has a see-through glass surrounding it with windows, which is ideal for sitting there and not getting blasted with wind. The balcony is also smoker-friendly, which is very rare to find. The reception was extremely helpful throughout my stay.

Upon arrival we didn't get a warm reception. It was just like here is your keys and there is the elevator. Staff friendliness needs to improve. There was a lady and the two gentlemen that was nice upon check out. We wished we got that when we arrived. The small room and room next to it (view closest to mall); rain came through which was very unpleasant. The light in the small room did not work. Aquarius Luxury Suites is an institution guys lets get it right.

The room was very clean and neat. The cleaners was very nice. They also ensured that we had clean towels and that our apartment were clean for the days we stayed there. The apartment was spacious and had a spectacular view over the beach and the town. It was just as advertised. I would recommend a stay there.

I had an issue with the TV in the bedroom not working as well as the bedside light which was also not working - which I reported at reception but it was not sorted out. This was somewhat disappointing.

We have always enjoyed our stay at Aquarius Luxury Suites - the venue is lovely.

I am an older person and I could not get into the bath because the slider wouldn’t open anymore it was jammed. Curtains are unhooked , just wanted to tell you that in the bedroom. It didn’t worry me but thought you might not know .
