I stayed in room 4, clean, comfortable, spacious and it had a very modern bathroom. I gave it a 9 because the property provides hand soap, and shampoo but not lotion and although there is a glass bottle of water, it seem they don’t refill unless (I guess) you ask them which I didn’t. Great and kind staff and the patio is lovely!

The taxi partner (Ben) that Craig (host) recommended screwed us. He charged us 208% above the going rate. That was the only thing that left a "bad taste" in my mouth.

Very friendly staff, especially Craig gave us a warm welcome. Belmont Guest House is located in a safe are and in walking distance of many Cafés. The Guest House itself has a very nice backyard.

The room and kitchen were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and just outside of town, but it is so easy to get around Cape Town this is no problem. There are nearby cafes for when you don't feel like cooking yourself. Craig is an incredible and attentive host! He was available for questions and gave us recommendations for our time in Cape Town. He loaned us a cooler for a picnic, and he even took us on a hike up Lion's Head! We definitely recommend staying here.

Everything worked perfectly for my purpose.

The location was central, the host open, welcoming and friendly. My room not only an oasis, but enabled me to work comfortably. I especially appreciated the small kitchenet and the complimentary tea/coffee/milk - even fruit and rusks in my room The bathroom is modern with all necessary. To top it all guest have access to the main kitchen and can prepare own meals and make use of the honesty bar - like a home away from home.

The location of this property is next level. Central to all in Cape Town. We absolutely loved it. Walking distance to a fantastic breakfast spot, gorgeous views of Table mountain. Simply excellent on all levels. Fantastic host, generous and caring. Loved the stocked fridge as well :)

Craig went out of his way to take us to the Table mountain cableway which we totally didn't expect. That sort of service/gesture meant a lot to us being first time visitors in Cape Town.

1) Clean room and bathroom - just enough space and the staff kept it up during our stay, 2) easy access to the well-stocked kitchen, 3) friendly, courteous, and helpful cleaning staff, 4) walking distance to a nice cafe- Ou Meul Bakkery, 5) Craig and others at the guest house went beyond and above to make our stay comfortable and pleasant, especially Craig, he was super friendly and was always available to help us with anything we needed.

Good Location near table mountain and lions head. You can walk as well to many good restaurants in the city. Very friendly host, gave us recommendations and had fresh fruit, muffins, coffee in the shared kitchen. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Would definitely book this place again!

Everything was amazing!

The rooms were extremely clean and every detail was well thought out. There were USB-C and USB-A charge points in the room as well as a plethora of outlets. The water pressure was amazing. Craig and Andrew were very friendly and became great friends.

The accommodation was excellent, in a prime location, both to the city center and to Lein's Head and Table Mountain. This place exceeded all my expectations: 1. Location: breathtaking view of Table mountain,very close to the centre, pictures neighborhood,cute coffee shop experience, 2. Accomodation: when you enter,you are greeted with such a pleasant aroma(of course I had to find out what was the name of the refreshener,to use it in my home as well😊) , the room have such a beautiful style of furniture, everything looks brand new, 3. The host: Craig is an awesome guy,so kind and provides you with all the infos to experience Cape town in best way possible, 4. Food: we didn't order a breakfast,but there we some treats like muffins that were soo yummy (I still have to find out where Craig buys them😊) 5. Cleanliness: like in 5 star hotel,the maid comes every day and makes the room spotless (she even folds your clothes if you forgot them lying around😊) Let me put it this way: if I ever move to Cape town, I want a place in that exact area and with that exact interior and furniture

I honestly do not have anything I didn't like!

The house is so comfortable, quiet, clean, and in a great location. The hosts are wonderfully nice and accommodating. The views are spectacular. The on-site bathroom was luxurious.
