Eggs for breakfast are a staple not a nice to have

Breakfast was a disaster. At 9 am when we arrived there was total chaos , tables hadn’t been cleaned we waited for a table. The hostess said they had been busy and would restock the buffet . Coffee was good the restock was very slow.No salmon very empty fruit salad very bare pastry selection. We scratched some fruit & yoghurt then went for hot breakfast only to be told there were no eggs available. They were going to try get some but it could take some time. This is when we decided to leave the dinning room and go elsewhere. Will definitely rethink staying at the hotel again. We have stayed 3 times before but wow this was not acceptable

We had to wait for hours after check in time to get a room. We didn't have towels on a daily basis and practically had to beg and plead with them for this basic necessity.

The access to the beach was convenient and the area is lovely.

The bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear. Drops of water leaking from light fitting above bath.

There was no Microwave in the room.

Breakfast was palatable and they served my wife here Vegetarian meal...We enjoyed it. The Location was awesome, Beachfront friendly and accessible.

The location was great. They could not accommodate having our rooms together but it was very full. We also had to wait to be able to get our rooms. We had to ask for towels but it was given quite quickly.

Breakfast mediocre could have a little more selection. Service was very slow from the bar to order food; there was one guy running up and down looking after many tables at once. The hotel was busy as it was holiday time and could do with more staff in the bar.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful, quiet area close to the lovely beach. Amazing views from the apartment we booked. Very secure and safe.

There was some noisy people at night. It was not much but at some pount they disturbed our sleep.

The receptionists offered a great service and were very helpful. We liked our stay and had a great time at Blue Lagoon.

We arrived on a Sunday evening, but the Hotel was very noisy with loud music and a lot of young people partying. It was not what I expected. The dassies are also taking over the place.

The Hotel has easy access to the beach. The breakfast was very good.

The first few days we had no towels as their laundry had was not working. And some plugs in the bedroom were not working. But honestly I cant complain about anything else.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment with the sea view and it was nothing short of amazing! The rooms were good sized for my family and the walls are sound proof which is great because a number of reviews complained about noise and we had not experienced any. The apartment comes with a fully furnished kitchen which helped store food in the fridge and we were able to make popcorn on their stove tops. The restaurant has good food and the place has a 24/7 room service!!! The cocktails from the bar were amazing and quite reasonable.

the smell from the bathroom, i wish they could create an air space. I also didn't like the sound from the bed. When you turn it makes a noise.

They have friendly staff especially the groundsman. Their breakfast was excellent.

It was noisy. Breakfast buffet could be a bit more orderly. Room service was slow and the staff could do with better training. Cleaning staff didn’t replace the towels. Our room also had a plumbing issue which resulted in us being moved to a different room.

The food was nice but the buffet process was frustrating. The queue for the eggs was extremely long. Some breakfast items ran out and they were not replenished. The hotel is perfectly located, you have private access to the beach and lagoon.
