What a beautiful place to relax! The views are amazing and it's very peaceful. The villa we stayed at is spacious with a large terrace. The villas share a pool, located beautifully and so comfortable with great loungers. The restaurant has the same gorgeous view and the food is great. The great thing is also that they have a gate directly to the Delaire-Graff estate for wine tasting, dinner. They have a fantastic restaurant.

The continental breakfast offer was a little 'industrial'. Nothing in to really lift the spririts. And an evening plate had to be sent back becasue the falafel was rock hard.

The location is stunning. and the connection to Delaire via golf buggy very nice. The room was comfortable, though too close to the generator used in load shedding periods.

The rooms are maybe ever so slight tired and I’ve had better breakfasts at this price point but these are really minor quibbles

Some of the staff were great, but some, particularly in the restaurant weren't very attentive at all. The main pool was absolutely freezing, it would be great if it could be heated to take the edge off.

Lovely property in a great setting with fabulous views. We had the 2 bedroom villa which is very nice, although I do find it a bit odd that it doesn't have any kitchen facilities. The quality of the food we had at breakfast and lunch was great. The view from the pool is stunning and loungers were very comfy. The wines have really improved in recent years and we enjoyed our complimentary tasting over lunch, just wish we had room in our suitcases to take some home.

The bathrooms in the villas could be updated. The rooms have been designed by a man for a man. No long hanging space for dresses, shortage of plug sockets and mirrors for drying hair, no magnifying mirrors for applying makeup. The pool by the villas is only serviced once a day and a shortage of towels whereas the pool by the restaurant has drinking water and sun tan lotion provided and padded loungers. It just lacks luxury.

The breakfasts, the friendly staff, comfy beds, space in the villas, the tranquility of the estate.

The pool is sensational. Such a nice touch to have waters and suntan lotion there. Location is amazing with awesome views. Wish I was there for longer.

We think the food slightly lets it down. For such a superb place would expect a somewhat higher standard hence overall only a 9.

What a nice hotel in the middle of wine country. View from our room was exceptional. Staff was very warm and the food was excellent. They even had a bottle of their wine in our room.

The inn has the feel of an art gallery. It is beautifully decorated. Located between the two major wine region towns. We were provided with a complementary bottle of their estate wine and snacks. The wine was excellent! We were there off season but they kept kitchen open for our late dinner which was delicious. Clouds has a back gate to shuttle you to winery next door for your enjoyment of their wonderful restaurant. Breakfast at Clouds was very nice.

missing attention to details .. staff was quite slow and not very helpful .. at night no access to the property while load shedding.. so waiting outside in the darkness at gate for 25 min without anyone answering on the provided phone numbers!!! thanks god I remembered that there is a gate from the Delaire Graeff property… so asked the security there to drive through Delaire Graeff to come to our apartment finally .. wasn’t a nice experience in the middle of the night
