On the app we chose a room with a shower but we were given a room with a bath and there was 5 of us with only one toilet roll....and on cbecking out the host was very harsh on us

It seemed like the rooms weren't completed yet. The bathroom which is hidden behind cupboard doors did not have handles inside, therefore you had to close them once inside with your foot and there was a slight gap between the doors. No place to put your soap inside the shower and the one handle of the shower was half off. There was also no shelf or anything to put your vanity bag on. There was no dustbin in the room. We had the next-door neighbors dog's barking every time we went outside.

The room was very small but clean. Our hostess was lovely. The breakfast was very good and the bed;s were comfortable. The towels provided were thick and soft. The pool was enjoyable.

Their rudeness and approach to situation, their lies were top of this world. I want my money back. If they think that's how they crook people then they have messed with the wrong people.. I hope they show the CCTV to you to show you exactly what happen. Who brings the police and securities with big guns infront of the children. They are still traumatized.. For my childrens' I won't let this slide shame.

They don't have respect for people. Who knock on the window while the door is open to say that people make noise. That's very undermining and disrespectful.

I loved everything

Felt like home away from home and even better. Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The owner and her husband were very friendly and we didn't feel like guests. We felt like we permanently stay there. Felt like we were long time family friends. Facilities are clean and very comfortable. Classy yet down to earth. Beautiful and professional without the stressful stuck up Ness. The owner goes out of her way to ensure we were seen to in every way possible. Even offering help to reverse and park with a trailer for me. Lol. Love this place, I'll come visit here just for the fun of it. The staff is friendly and always laughs yet work very quietly without any disturbance. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They know how to make sure the guests are happy.

It was raining quite hard when we got there and the manager wasn't to keen to come open for us. I only received keys on the morning of my departure, only received 2 tiny rolls of toilet paper that who knows where they came from and there wasn't enough towels when we got there and this all after we were contacted in the morning to confirm numbers of people and arrival times. I value client service and this was a very poor 2 out of 10 experience for us. Very disappointing 😔

The hostes wasn't sure what room to give us, she made a last minute decision. Room was not sanitized before we arrived. There was no sanitizer available in room. The gate didn't work, so was a struggle moving in and out. She was unsure about payment and kept on checking in asking for proof of payment, even when I told her I paid over the booking. Com app. The room felt dirty, there was low lighting in the room, which made it difficult with the kids.
