No wifi and no dstv sport channels am a rugby fan. Club house was also unavailable as there was a function.

Maintenance team rrsponded quickly to stove that did not work.

Because the rooms at the Club House are so close to each other, I could hear my next-door neighbours. Some of them were loud and I had to close the sliding door when they started smoking. There was no WIFI in the rooms only in the restaurant. And the TV/DSTV was a mission to operate so I left it.

I liked the room as I had a partial sea view and the bed was very big and comfortable. I loved the food, very delicious and well prepared.

Gravel road leading to destination, Remote control for our gate not working, had to constantly call the staff to assist us. Garage door not opening.

The gravel road, is very unpleasant, even with us being in a 4 x 4. The administration staff at the fynbos golf estate were shocking. We had booked golf and massages in January, we tried to confirm multiple times during the months leading up, with no response. We then telephonically confirmed the day before our departure. Only to arrive at the golf course to be told that our bookings have been canceled due to a tournament. So we were unable to play golf. I suggest a drastic improvement in this department. As we were coming for a golf and spa weekend. For my wife's 40th birthday, only for our plans to be ruined. Please include extra black bags at the unit, as once the one allowed bag was full, we had nowhere else to place our rubbish. Also, a drop or two of dish washing liquid is not sufficient for a 3 night stay. There were a couple of lights that did not work, especially over the outside braai area, which cause difficulties.

The house was spacious and the views were stunning. The spa and spa staff were lovely.

The road to Fynbos was terrible.

The gravel road to the property leaves a lot to be desired and makes for a bit of a schlep getting in and out. The very low water pressure was irritating, and there were a few power outages (with no explanation). The staff could improve on communication and engagement. There was very little human interaction from check-in to check out, which made the experience feel a little cold without the personal touch. Especially when dealing with issues such as water pressure and power outages. The shared walls for the units seem to be without soundproofing, and you could hear every little movement from the neighbours.

The location is fantastic. Absolutely stunning views. Secluded and quiet. The weather let us down but the place really is a little hidden gem that makes for a great escape from the city and other obvious areas loaded with tourists.
