Maybe the location of the bed near the door, and location of the apartment near the lift landing. Occasionally you could hear the noises from the passage corridor. There was a time where a terrible smell from a smoking individual outside find its way into the apartment, and that was not at all pleasant, but I know this was external.

Location, proximity to canal walk mall, safe and ease of Uber transfer to the airport etc. very clean

Just a dstv interruption; for almost 24 hours.Was not good for the children

The unbearable noise that was coming every time a tap was being used by someone wither up stairs or next to my unit. The noise woke me up a couple of times as the water pipe sound was unbearable to ignore.

Second time staying here, first time was good experience but second time was terrible!! The apartment next to me and my daughter had a huge loud party going in till after 3 at night, and further down the hall another very loud party! At 2h30 at night the fire alarm went of in the hallway we waited for staff to come to investigate but nobody showed ! We tried to phone the receiption but somebody at another hotel answered and said thy cant help us because the were connected with this venue but is not any more! At this time the alarm went off again and I left my daughter alone in the room and went into the hall to try and see what was going on, next door there was loud sexual noises coming from the apartment suite 506!! The alarm was still screaming and I went down to the receiption, the staff member there was not helpful at all, he was just trying to silence the alarm in the control centre behing him not really giving any attention to me. His English was very poor. Another staff member came and just told me she thinks that the people next to us was smoking in their room and this is why the alarm went off, not even willing to go and investigate if it was smoking of even a fire. I inisted that she goes with me to my room what she did but did not want to knock at the apartment next door to ask them to stop what was going on for the whole night. I reported this at the downstairs offices the next morning, after a night without any sleep, so I really hope this matter will be addresed!

Wifi was turned off 7 am on checkout day.Was still busy with work online and it was a bit inconvenient. Would have preferred it turned off when I checked out or at least by 11 which is the cut off time for check out. Also the aircon remote seemed not to work.

I liked the room setup and comfortability with a nice ambiance. I also found the proximity to the mall quite handy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had all the necessary amenities.

I didn't like the lack of hygiene practices in the rooms. I felt like it was not cleaned correctly overall the setup os one of a kind but surfaces, and toilet area needs to be cleaned properly

The room next to mine were noisy and playing loud music until after 1h30 AM. I phoned and there was no one to complain or move me away from the noisy room. I then walked down to the security after 12 AM, they handled the situation with lack of urgency. I got no sleep. The noise went on and on and on and all the following morning was a "I'm sorry" from the receptionist.

The tv was not a smart tv which meant we had to use our mobile devices to stream online, the air conditioner is faulty as we attempted to switch on a cooler temp but instead it switched off and randomly switch on full blast and would just stop after a few minutes.

Perfectly located, friendly staff, amazing views, free super fast WIFI, very neat and tidy.

I like Location was best quite and very present I really loved Location so much. Problem I have was been accused of still pillows. I enjoyed my Holiday but when I got home I received Disappointing email sound like we been accused of still pillows 😑 taking Flysafair.co.za to go still pillows in cape town? Really. I loved staying at Manhattan Suites Conferencing only Problems I hard was 📺 was not working and again pillows was not comfortable shockingly now been accused still two Extra Pillows in cupboard that we didn't even see. Please think twice before you even sending emails asking guests about things that they never even see. The person who was cleaning our room so called house keeper she would or reception come to see as next day and do inspection now after I have arrived Home you asking me pillows that I didn't even see. I need in apologies.
