Most amazing views overlooking the Atlantic ocean and the 12 apostle mountains behind you. Surrounded by beautiful gardens. Very friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast and honesty bar available. In a good location with bars and restaurants at camps bay near by. About a 15 minute Uber gets you into the town centre/waterfront.

Nothing! The only one small complaint I’d have is the early check out time which is 10.30 am I’m used up a midday check out time.

Beautiful and idyllic spot away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. It has a very homely feel with amazing gardens and the food is excellent.

We loved everything about Ocean View House! The views from the breakfast terrace (and from the balcony) are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, very clean and in great condition. The breakfast itself was fantastic, fresh and of high quality. We had our own car, so the private (and gated) parking space was amazing and free of charge. But most important - the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and super helpful. We almost stayed a week and were more than sad when we had to leave, since we felt super comfortable, welcomed and super relaxed at Ocean View House. On our next trip to SA we'll definetely stay here again :-)

Staff were very sweet and helpful. Rooms were lovely, newly renovated, nice view, perfect location for a walk along the front in the morning with a coffee, takes 2 minutes by Uber to get to Camps Bay beach . Breakfast was 10/10, chef was cute he came out to say hi and have a chat now and then. Couldn't fault the stay at all.

We found the load shedding situation wasn’t ideal - essentials such overhead lights and WiFi were maintained which was really useful! But wall plugs and the aircon were not so we ended up with a couple of periods of time (2-4 hours) without aircon or access to charging phones / plugs to use for hairdryer and straighteners

Absolutely loved this hidden gem accomodation. It’s a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach in Bakoven, has amazing views and everything you need for your stay.

sometimes the room was a bit noisy and people were passing by so you had limited privacy

breakfast was very nice, a lot of options and fresh view was beautiful both from the pool area as well as the room room is comfy, sometimes a bit noisy and people passing by, but all by all very nice interior and comfort staff was very friendly and helpful as well
