The place could do with an upgrade in the rooms to have modern furnishes as it still has the oldish look. There is no gym so if you’re an active person then there’s no way for you to work out

The location is perfect .its close to most sightseeing places.The staff was very friendly. The premises were clean and beautiful.There are springboks roam inn around the property which is very beautiful. There is a tennis court n a trampoline and swings for those with kids.

The outdoor seating had spider-webs which gave the impression that it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The Breakfast was amazing, we were even given the option to have our breakfast prepared for us so that we could have it in our suite. The service and staff were absolutely spectacular! Thank you for an amazing stay, next time, we will stay longer! Clean suite, amazing views, fresh air, clear skies, and a fridge that works. We left feeling well-rested and refreshed!

As a tennis player,I did not like the condition of tennis courts

The location is very nice with a huge park, good infrastructure (pool, table tennis, billard). The service was outstanding both at check-in and afterwards at dinner. The food was very good. The room was huge, very comfortable with coffee machine.

The room that we got is not for someone who is allergic to carpet. The carpet was smelling as if it was wet, which caused the room not to smell fresh

The bed mattress was very old and dirty. When we removed the bedding in attempt to make our own bed, the mattress was filled with dark marks and stains. We left the trip with a rash and bed bug bites all over our bodies. The place deserves a 10 but the bed mattresses really needs to be fixed.

I loved that they had a variety of indoor facilities . The food and the staff members were great. The yard is great for kids to play on. Beautiful landscape, the gardens are well maintained and a very serene place to relax.

I didn’t like the fact that the staff came knocking on our door before our check out time. I thought that the hotel communicates with the staff and let them know if they can come into the room after the guest have left . I saw on booking.com that the room included breakfast only to be told it doesn’t that’s the reason we booked the place from the beginning.

I liked the place and the facilities that were there and the rooms met my expectations. I like that I could see the animals roaming around the pool area as well

The buffet ran out! Chicken ran out and my husband had to complain. They brought us some pieces of dry breast meat! The food was good but would have expected more flavour. Lamb stew was incorrectly labelled as beef and my husband doesn’t like lamb. Limited selection in the buffet. Dessert was good. The pictures show a body of water other than the pool! All I saw there was the pool. I did not see the river/ body of water in the pictures. Had to queue for eggs in the morning. To be honest could include poached eggs so as to reduce queue. Very basic breakfast wasn’t wow! Fruits ran out. The fish cakes were probably the only unique thing I had.

Scenery and the guys at reception were very good!! That guy and lady are super friendly. It’s a pitty I did not get their names 🙂 The room was as advertised 🙂
