The towels were not star white, they need new clean white ones. The robe was not clean,

Beautiful and value for money. The breakfast is served from 7 am, but a provision was made for me because I had to leave early.

Excellent service, especially from the kitchen staff. Lovely decor. Staff went out of their way to cater to all ones needs. Great place to stay for business trips. Great location.

For the price you can't complain. Just be aware of you check-in times and let them know in advance if you need food if arriving after 20:00.

The staff were very friendly and went beyond expectations to assist us with our earlier check out and even brought us breakfast at the airport.

I had two dinners at the hotel - both were tasty and well prepared, but the hotel could not provide all the options they had on their menu. One evening my order was only given to the kitchen after the time I requested my meal to be ready.

The hotel offered a range of breakfast options. I had fresh fruit and yogurt and was happy with what I had received. The hotel is very well located - easy to find off main routes, in a quiet suburban area.

The fact that what's written here on the booking.com at the vanue I didn't offer but while on this app it says it's included. The Jacuzzi ain't working the bar they said it's out of stock I mean I stayed there for for two nights. On this app it says that the room that I booked for has Spa included without additional cost but when I reached there they said at additional cost... There's no activities there. Actually what's written on this booking.com 95% of it are not offered there... The only thing is breakfast and big room

I like how the staff are so friendly and welcoming and also how the room was so big. And also the breakfast in bed was awesome and the fact that they said its unlimited even thou didn't try it out. They don't keep you waiting at the gate...

Our room was close to the entrance, I just wish they can put a “do not make noise after 10pm” note by the door for anyone coming in late. It was quite disturbing waking from people chatting and laughing out load by the corridor.

My partner and I absolutely loved the breakfast, particularly the ruby breakfast. The kitchen staff were really nice people (shout out to Tshimangadzo) what a friendly and welcoming lady. Keep up the fantastic service!

The cook was a bit moody which made me uncomfortable to speak to her about breakfast orders sometimes. The furniture in the room seemed a bit worn and had stains.

Some of the guests were making a lot of noise in the very early hours of the morning, between 01:00 and 6:00, however there was no one to reprimand them.

I liked the facility, entire staff, breakfast and cleanliness.
