Checking-in from a different property, the squeaking sound made by the upstairs doors during windy nights and some of the minor maintenance issues such as basins that won’t open and the fridge unit that’s falling apart, one of the bedrooms curtains had stains and the aluminium doors were not clean

It was spacious, clean, had wonderful staff and breathtaking views

Housekeeping should thoroughly clean the place even if there still guests not the touch n go's that they do, owner must switch to smart TVs and improve wifi quality

The place is situated at the right location, our apartment was beautiful, I loved the set up, though my favorite spot was the kitchen area as I love cooking so much, it was nice & clean and a good place to relax

The check in/check out process wasn't great. We picked up the keys from another location but had to wait 15min at the door with nobody answering our calls. The guy who eventually helped us was very pleasant though. Similar experience on check out. The reception was locked, nobody answered our calls on the 3 numbers provided and there was no drop box as described. We had to leave the keys exposed at the reception door as we were getting late for our flight. I felt quite bad about doing this but we didn't have a choice. The apartment could do with a little maintenance, but overall it was a lovely stay.

The apartments were spacious, well furnished, well stocked and comfortable. The location was excellent. We felt very safe and secure.

Daily cleaning lady didn't come every day; when she did come - she didn't do a very good job.

The days were very windy and the apartments balcony doors were squeaking terribly. We couldn't sleep until we placed something heavy in front of all squeaking doors.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious with stunning views over the mountains and ocean. Spacious underground parking and very good location in Camps bay just near the forest and some 7-minutes walk to Camps Bay beach with all the restaurants, cafes and stunning 12 Apostles beach.

The smart tv and wifi did not work properly. We called Dickson who was very helpful and we were able to use the wifi and not the tv

Cleaning of the apartment was adequate. After the room was cleaned I could still see dirt around the apartment. Lack of invertor or building generator makes stay a challenge during load shedding.

The wifi at our apartment was a problem, but luckily we got assisted with that.

Amazing apartment, with great facilities with a modern style. The location was amazing and the beach is within walking distance.

There were several issues with the apartment, including a frig that wouldn't close and so kept beeping, AC that didn't work and the bathtub without a stopper. I waited several days for items to be fixed, was told they had been when they had not, and I finally asked to be moved to another apartment. I left a week early from my entire trip to So Africa due to not being able to sleep and not being offered any other options until the morning we were leaving, after we had already purchased a return flight. I would like a refund for that week, but I got no response to that request, not surprising.

There were no views to feel like one was on holiday. Air conditioner was noisy. Bathrooms were in need of repair - water temperature and flow issues. WIFI DID NOT WORK!

no inverters in the complex, WiFi was shocking, no bed sheet on the main bed for the first night. Lights hanging out of the ceiling, kitchen draws get stuck.

There are clearly many issues as to how this property is being managed. The Crystal Apartments where we picked up the keys are not in overall control and while they did try to be helpful it was apparent that they had problems with the management of Glen Apartments. Some of the issues we encountered. Security,patio door not locking.Microwave not working. One set of keys between 2 couples. Initial shortage of towels. No provision for lighting when load shedding occurred( electricity off)which was frequent. Contact numbers in apartment go to answering service, nobody replies. Door latch on fridge broken. Health & Safety, broken bracket on main support to large front windows resulting in them swaying in the strong winds we experienced.

We asked to check in at the apartments since we would be arriving late from the airport a day prior to arrival. when we arrived they were not ready for us. We had to wait outside in the cold for over 30 mins whilst trying to get ahold of someone to let us check in. When Dixon arrived he was rude and did really apologize for any wrong doing on their part. it was filthy when we checked in, so in the morning we asked Jacques (or whatever his name is) that they send a cleaning lady in the morning but they were very rude and uninterested. they didn’t pay any attention to our complaints.

The place is not well kept and unprofessionally run. It looks like we just moved in on the previous guest mess the place was dusty, one of the bedroom’s drain was blocked and curtains were stained. Overall the agents needs to pay attention to maintenance of the place

Such a pity because the location of the place is perfect just behind the Glen hiking trails . I loved it but turned off by lack of maintenance
