United KingdomNot a huge fan of the open plan bathroom set-up in our room but to be fair this was highlighted at the booking stage. Impossible to have dinner in the on-site restaurant due to high number of external reservations from non-residents. Hotel bar closes rather early, e.g. 9 / 9:30pm.
Very smooth check-in and all staff were friendly and professional - Dylan was especially helpful throughput our stay. Lovely room overlooking the bay and breakfast was very good. Great location with a choice of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and a wider choice also within walking / short taxi drive distance. Reception supplied towels for our trip to the beach.

Where do we start? The fact we booked a return visit within the same 3 week holiday says it all. From the moment we got there the excellent team at The Lofts Boutique couldn’t do enough for us. From activity recommendations, restaurant reservations or just helpful advice on our holiday as a whole, Allan and the team did it all. The hotel and rooms are just beautiful and the team have thought of all the finishing touches to make your stay effortless. The main and most important thing to us is that the team actually cared and you could tell from the excellent standards they had in every aspect of their service. It has a great balance of feeling like a luxury escape and a home away from home. We’re already planning our return visit and cannot wait to get back. Thank you to The Lofts Boutique. You really did make our holiday! If you’re contemplating this hotel, don’t. Just book it!

We loved ABSOLUTELY EVERTHING ! Right from the start Allan met us in the car park was extremely welcoming and informative he showed us round the hotel then took us to our room which was spotlessly clean our luggage was already in our room with a welcoming card and biscuits for our wedding anniversary…Allan and all the staff are incredibly informative,efficient and kind, the bed was extremely comfortable the room was spacious the island has plenty of amenities fabulous restaurants and shops to die for ! In fact I cried before we left ! I didn’t want to leave x

SwedenThe restaurant in the hotel is not belonging to the hotel - needs separate reservations. The menue was difficult to understand and we did not like the menu. Was OK but nut what we wanted for breadfast. Went to another restaurants the following days.
Nice hotel. Very nice staff. Rooms good. We had a family flat. Need to know that the rooms are above the restaurant with open sight and sound. However they closed early so no problem to sleep. Nice separate areas for the hotel guests was very good.

The staff! Couldn’t do enough for you, even organised breakfast in bed for us one morning. Made you feel totally at home and nothing was too much. GermanyI think that the price paid for this hotel is very expensive. It is a four star hotel and we paid more than we have paid in some five star hotels in Europe. It did not include any meals. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and since then the prices have gone up significantly.
This is really a lovely hotel, with a breath taking view of the lagoon and is centrally located, so extremely convenient.
